Enjoy Sun City Resort living in our home located in the center of Sun City West, a few blocks from the Echo Mesa golf course. The house has been furnished for your vacation pleasure with casual, comfortable furniture and decorated with a Southwestern flair. One enters this lovely 1675 square foot home by way of the covered, shaded, North facing front porch. The entry opens to the spacious living room-dining room with vaulted ceilings. The wood and glass dining room set comfortably seats six. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and offers a cozy breakfast nook that looks out through a large bay window onto the back yard full of cactus and fruit trees.
The fully equipped kitchen provides dishes, glassware, cookware, bake ware and utensils . The kitchen opens onto a fully furnished Arizona room, also with vaulted ceilings, in which you can relax and have fun --- HDTV, DVD and CD players are provided as well as books and games. From the Arizona Room, a sliding glass door leads to the screened in porch, perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the lovely Arizona weather. The porch's Southern exposure offers the most sun and warmth during the winter season. A few steps outside lead to an open sunny patio with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ surrounded by citrus trees, where you can pick your own fruit. Now isn’t this what Arizona living is all about!!
From the entry, a hallway leads to the master suite with a private bath and to the second bedroom and main bath. The master suite is furnished with a king bedroom set and the second bedroom overlooks the front yard palm trees and has a Queen size bedroom set. Quality linens are provided for both bedrooms and both baths. Adjacent to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry room and office with built-in desk and Internet connection. It has an access door to the attached 2-car garage, with opener and storage cabinets. Enjoy golf at any of the 7 golf courses and swim or lounge at several pools located at the 4 recreation centers in the community. Our home is less than 5 minutes from two Recreation Centers. Note: The community requires that one occupant must be age 55 or older. No permanent occupant may be under the age of 19. This home is a non-smoking building.
