This low-country style home offers serenity and is the perfect family home for that well deserved vacation getaway. It can accommodate 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 1 of which has double bunk beds, and 5 1/2 baths.

Guests can enjoy a private pool/hot tub, gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities, 3 stop elevator, 4 car garage, and massive rooftop with ocean view.

The first level contains a large open living room with flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and access to front deck. The dining room has seating for 8 and 3 stools at the kitchen counter. The large gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances. This floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds; both also with flat screen TV, private bath and rear deck access. The Master Bedroom is on 2nd floor with King bed, flat screen TV, DVD, private bath w/Jacuzzi tub & separate shower and marble floors, and access to front deck. Of other 2 bedrooms on this floor, one has Queen bed and the other 2 twin beds both with flat screen TV and private bath. A small sitting area invites privacy for reading and has access to front deck. The third floor has small sitting area with pub table, wet bar and mini fridge with access to two large rooftop decks, one on front and one on rear. This affords breathtaking views of beach, intra -coastal waterway, Charleston harbor and area bridges.

  • This beach house is absolutely beautiful! It feels like a five-star hotel at the beach! We rented it based on the lovely pictures and description online but when we arrived it was even more beautiful than expected. We loved the fact that every bedroom had a bath and tv;the kitchen was a dream with upscale appliances;the pool was wonderful and very private;the walk to the beach was only about 2 blocks and views from the front of the house were serene. The company that manages the property was first class, we were given our keys and didn't have to wait to access the property. We had a couple of small issues in the house that were responded to quickly. We left saying how much we would miss this lovely house...and would love to return next year if our vacation plans include the Isle of Palms.
