Get away from it all, yet have it all. This professionally decorated home in the planned community of Versailles at Eagles Landing has a pool and two tennis courts just steps away from the front door.
It is less than a mile and a half from either Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. Three blocks away is the most complete amusement park in the area. This park has two miniature golf courses, a wave pool, a lazy river, an uphill water coaster, water slides, bumper boats, batting cages, a rock climbing wall and go-karts. Two bicycles and helmits are provided (use at your own risk), which are great for getting to the beach or exploring the nearby Junction & Breakwater Trail.
If shopping’s your thing; shop tax-free at the factory outlet malls less than a half mile away. If movies are your thing, there are two movie theaters in nearby Lewes. On top of all this are the wide array of fabulous restaurants and shops that make Rehoboth Beach famous. Of course, there's the famous Rehoboth Beach with it's mile-long boardwalk but a quarter mile away from the house is the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a peaceful respite from the bustle of the beach with its tree-lined path, cornfields and wetland scenery. The house even has two bicycles (and helmets) for enjoying the trail, or to get to the boardwalk.
After a busy day and night of having fun, fun, fun, relax in this spacious end-unit townhouse. The house is equipped with a computer with high-speed internet access and a wi-fi modem in case you want to bring your own or an extra computer. The house also has a TV in each bedroom and the one in the living room has a DVD/VCR and there's a DVD player in the master bedroom too. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances including: a refrigerator with an automatic ice maker, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and movies for the whole family to enjoy.
House sleeps eight. There’s a new queen memory foam mattress in the Master Suite, a new pillow top mattress in the second bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom. There’s also a deluxe queen pullout sofa bed in the sun room.
