The first floor has a master bedroom suite (private bath), open new modern kitchen/Dining Room, living room,laundry room, half bath, wood fireplace and deck. The second floor has a huge loft/family room with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is 4 miles from the Delaware River and a short drive to Monticello, the Bethel Arts Performing Arts Center, hiking, rafting, etc. House is fully equipped and is new.
