Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada (NE Side Of Calgary / Only 12km To The Calgary Airport)

Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

This walkout basement home backs directly onto the lake in North East Calgary. Enjoy fishing from the boat, dock or on shore in the summer. Fishing rods are available for you to use. Not into fishing? Take advantage of the lake by going for a swim and/or using the facility at the North or South Beach parks (sand beach, basketball & volleyball courts, picnic area, etc). Should you be coming in the winter, feel free to bring your skates and enjoy ice skating and hockey.

There are 2 bedrooms plus 1 full bathroom available for you to use that is located in the basement walkout. We are situated very close to a number of amenities including the airport, bus, shopping, zoo, restaurants and to downtown as well.

In addition, Banff and the Rocky Mountains are only about 1 1/2 hours away (skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, hot springs, etc).

Please Note; There is no access to the main and upper floors; rental rooms are in the basement walkout level.
