Immaculate three bedroom, two bath beautifully tiled and very bright, this fourth floor condo provides a great view and a great bargain!!!

With a king bed in the master with private bath, you'll enjoy a great night's sleep and the privacy you need. The second bedroom comes with a queen and the third bedroom has two twins which can easily be converted into another king! We also have an air mattress if needed. Let us know and we will have the beds set up the way you want when you arrive. All linens are provided.
The living room faces East onto an oversized balcony with a view of the ocean. It also overlooks the pool. We have a CD player, cable TV, DVD/VCR and movies to watch.
This condo has a full kitchen and has 2 full bathrooms AND there is also a washer and dryer inside the condo. Perfect for families with children.
There is ample parking and the pool is heated and over-sized. The condo features a huge private balcony so you can fully enjoy the fabulous Cocoa Beach sunshine!
