  I wanted to keep this great condo a secret so that it would be available for me whenever I wanted it, but you can't keep such a awesome thing to yourself. Also, I didn't think that would be appreciated by the nice owners that have gone out of their way to make this condo so enjoyable. It was extremely clean which is very important to me. It had everything we needed to make our week at the beach enjoyable and plenty of "good" towels for bathing, also very important to me. I hate those rentals that have those "want to be towels like a cheap hotel". The convenience of a brand new washer/dryer was great for all your beach clothes that needed washing. The condo was newly remodeled and it shows. The picture of the sunset does not do it justice. The sunsets from this condo our breathtaking. Even though it was the dead of summer, we were always comfortable out on the deck, no matter what time of day because there was a fabulous breeze. We would just put up the umbrella if the sun was overhead. The island is quiet and the beach is never overcrowed! It was a magical week and we can't wait to go back Lisa

  My family had an excellent time at this condo!! The condo was clean and the owner was very nice to deal with. The location is perfect for a great beach vacation that includes Charleston just a 20 mintue drive away.... We will definitely be back for another visit!!

  Overall the stay at this condo was very good. The condo itself had a modern look and feel to it just like my home. Obviously a great balcony view overlooking the ocean and easy access to the beach. Everything in the condo seemed to be very clean and organized. The only thing we had to worry about was taking the garbage out at the end. Also, the owner was really helpful with his instructions and information about the condo before arriving. If we come back we will definitely inquire about this condo again.

  We spent 2 months in this property and were very happy. The sunsets were remarkable. We were able to see dolphins, deer, and numerous birds from our living room. The owner was very easy to work with and prompt in answering questions. Would certainly consider returning.

  This is an excellent unit with a fine view of the beach and the barrier islands beyond it. In addition there were five deer that live in the scrub between the unit and the beach and came right up to the boardwalk below our balcony to browse. The unit is very well furnished and equipped with excellent telelvsion sets and kitchen appliances. We appreciated a stairway down off the balcony to avoid going all the way around the building to get to the beach. We saw sunsets here that surpassed anythiing we've ever seen before including Key West. I did, however, wish for an elevator to aid in getting our load to the second floor. I believe that the listing was accurate in communicating what we found. The owner was remarkably fast in his e-mail responses and also remarkably thoughful in the thoroughness of his information/instruction sheet. It was a real pleasure dealing with him..His suggestions for shopping and meals were exactly in keeping with our tastes. The unit is in a very attractive area, allowing amenities including tennis, swimming, and equestrian activities, none of which we had time to sample. However, we had a great time just driving through the area enjoying seeing the beautifully groomed flora everywhere. I would recommend the unit to anyone who is happy with something not directly on the beach but with a wide view of coastal water. It gave us three comfortable days in a lovely setting.

  This was our first time to rent a condominium for a vacation (and our first visit to Seabrook Island as well). My husband and I had such a delightful time. The condo is just very welcoming and having a private beach out there is so lovely and peaceful. Also, as redheads, we enjoy the beach morning and evening and relax inside through most of the heat of the day. So the fact that the condo was so pleasurable to spend time in mattered a lot! We look forward to returning, that's for sure.

  My husband and I just spent a glorious week in this immaculate, modernly furnished condo. We sat on the back deck watching the gorgeous sunsets and the ocean. We took the short boardwalk to the beach daily and felt like we never wanted to leave Seabrook. Having the amenity card made the community restaurants easily accessible. We most enjoyed having dinner outdoors at the clubhouse. Perfection! We loved it so much, we'd like to retire to Seabrook Island.

  A nicely appointed condominium with a wonderful view. All the arrangements worked out perfectly, and our walk to the beach was only a minute. The owner was always quick to respond and helped to make our stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We would definitely stay there again!

  We have stayed at Pelican Watch for the past 7 years. This is by far the best villa that we have stayed in. We would definitely recommend it to friends. The sleeper sofa was great and easy to handle. The main bedroom bed was really comfortable and felt clean and airy.

  The condo is very much as described and seen in the photos. Located on the beach with boardwalk access, this beautifully appointed and newly redecorated villa is very well maintained with a fresh appeal and comfortable furnishings. The owner is accessible, helpful and responds to all communications quickly. We enjoy the Seabrook golf course and the restaurants at the club as well as biking everywhere on the island. The owner recommends several nearby restaurants which were very good. We have stayed at Pelican Watch for many years and this villa is the nicest accommodation we have rented. Visits to Charleston have included Spoleto activities, boat outings and many restaurants. We will definitely want to rent this villa again.
