Welcome to beautiful Amelia Island! This two bedroom/two bath home has been beautifully updated and furnished. Both bedrooms have private patios leading to a lush green lawn overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on beautiful Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted tennis courts and two pools. We are located within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa.
Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernadina Beach a great place for dinner or lunch and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are all fun outings for visitors.
This condo is totally updated and recently painted. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a front loading washer and dryer. A weber grill is available for your use on the lawn, one of the advantages to being on the ground floor.
