Welcome to beautiful Amelia Island! This two bedroom/two bath home has been beautifully updated and furnished. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and updated bath.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and updated bath. It also has an xbox game system that will play games and movies. It also has brand new carpet.
Both bedrooms open out onto private patios on the ground level.
Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted clay tennis courts and two pools with 2 baby pools. We are located within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa.
Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernadina Beach a great place for dining and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are nearby outings for visitors. If you play golf or tennis, you will have many venues to chose from. We have a tennis pro on site that is available for lessons or to help you schedule a match.
All Surf and Racquet condos are individually owned and maintained. As such, each owner is responsible for his or her unit's decor and cleanliness. We take pride maintaining the highest standards in both these areas.
This condo is totally updated and recently painted. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a front loading washer and dryer. A weber grill is available for your use on the lawn( one of the advantages to being on the ground floor.)
If you have stayed with us before , we have made a few updates including new blinds in the living room, new curtains in the master bedroom, and new carpet in the guest bedroom. We work hard to keep our beach home up to date and a place you will want to come back to year after year. Please read our reviews, we have several returning guests .

The condo had all the comforts of home. Beautiful view. Very short walk to beach through very nice wooden walkway. The water was fun for all ages and the sand had lots of shells to collect of multiple colors. Amelia Island is a great place to spend a summer vacation. Great restaurants and lots of history. I would highly recommend. Thank you..

Had a blast AGAIN!!! Condo has it all - updated amenities, comfortable beds, convenient to pool and beach. Being on the ground floor is awesome when coming up from the beach or pool. Once again Rick & Julie were very accomodating. Already looking forward to next summer.

Our family just returned from a visit to this wonderful island and couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodatations. The condo is in a great location with the beach and pool literally at your door. It is well maintained, clean and nicely appointed. Rick and Julie we really enjoyed our time on Amelia Island. Your condo was tastefully appointed and everything was in good order upon check in. We loved the upgraded kitchen complete with energy efficient washer/dryer. The unit was perfectly positioned in the complex so that we could enjoy those beautiful sunrises every morning while we had our coffee. We loved the ground floor access to the beach and found it nice when carrying things like groceries in from the car. We would definitely stay here again and we thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little paradise on Amelia Island. Jim Snyder

Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay there. Had a meeting at the Ritz Carlton and it is an easy walk over to the Ritz. I would certainly stay there again if I have the opportunity. Front beach--one could not be any closer to the water!
