Light-filled Tahoe Keys waterfront home with private dock has upstairs living. Easy water access to Lake Tahoe. The master retreat with TV and adjoining private library and deck have views of Heavenly Ski Mountain and the rising sun. A rocker/recliner with footstool sits beside the king-sized bed. The adjoining library houses books, a convertible queen sofa, and a table for two for your intimate morning coffee conversations. The master bathroom with double vanities has an over-sized, extra deep jetted tub under a skylight. Ladies always appreciate the lighted magnifying-mirror and wall-mounted hairdryer in each bath. The gourmet kitchen with raised breakfast bar, dining area, and family room all have views of Mount Rubicon. Family room has a swivel rocker for rocking wee ones to sleep. Two recliners are placed into the sofa, as well as a convertible full bed. The family room will seat 9 in front of the gas fireplace and entertainment center. A small deck off the dining room shelters the outdoor grill. Upstairs washer and dryer. Downstairs, 2 queen bedrooms share a full bath adjacent to the game room with pool table and wet bar with refrigerator. Privacy side-yard fencing shields the outdoor Jacuzzi for six. Guests may use Tahoe Keys amenities, (some at a nominal fee) including seasonal outdoor pool, playground, swing set, year-round indoor Olympic pool, tennis courts, the beach volleyball court and a private sand beach on Lake Tahoe. Heavenly ski resort 4 miles. Casinos 5 miles.
Important Information About this Property Required by City statues:
Vacation Rental Permit #102022. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons (infants/toddlers excluded). Vacation Rental Properties may NOT be used for weddings or unlawful large parties by statue of the City of South Lake Tahoe. Maximum parking allowed is 5 vehicles. No RV or trailer parking allowed in driveway or on the street. The pet deposit is refundable provided the dog is a non-shedding breed and no damage is incurred to the property. Overnight stay and parking is defined as 10:00 pm through 6:00 am. If the police are called out for a disturbance you will lose your security/damage deposit as well as be liable for any fines. Fines may be up to $500 and/or include jail time.
