Important Information About this Property Required by City statues: Vacation Rental Permit #102022. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons (infants/toddlers excluded). Vacation Rental Properties may NOT be used for weddings or unlawful large parties by statue of the City of South Lake Tahoe. Maximum parking allowed is 5 vehicles. No RV or trailer parking allowed in driveway or on the street. The pet deposit is refundable provided the dog is a non-shedding breed and no damage is incurred to the property. Overnight stay and parking is defined as 10:00 pm through 6:00 am. If the police are called out for a disturbance you will lose your security/damage deposit as well as be liable for any fines. Fines may be up to $500 and/or include jail time. |
