Completed in 1999, with southwest facing views of Baldy, this beautifully decorated second-story, three bedroom, two bath condo has over 1200 square feet of open, bright, living area all on one level. Sleeps six comfortably and ideal for two couples or a family!
This cozy condo provides guests with comfortable seating in front of a river rock gas fireplace and DVR equipped television. For entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen has new appliances, bar seating for two and the dining room table seats up to six. The private balcony is equipped with a new gas BBQ, and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
The spacious master has a king bed, private bath with granite countertop and two sinks, a large closet, and the bedroom opens onto a charming balcony. The second guest room can be set up with a king or two twins as needed, and the third guest room has a full sized twin trundle. The unit contains a washer/dryer.
Guests can enjoy views of Baldy while soaking in the large, outdoor hot tub. Amenities also include a fully equipped workout facility, covered parking, elevator, and access to a private locker. To help maintain the integrity of this property, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.
