Comfortable condo in an ideal location - a short walk to Baldy's ski slopes and to downtown Ketchum's shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back some day!

We found this condo to be very very comfortable, easy walk to the slopes, easy walk to town, and a bus stop right out front of the complex. This unit has every amenity you could ask for, everyone has left seasonings, pasta, coffee filters, canned goods, etc. Great cookware, and comfortable furniture. There is a TV in each bedroom and the livingroom, gas fireplace which we used alot. The only warning I wouold give if you are sleeping six, the third room is quite snug with the trundle bed opened. It would however be great for children or younger guests. Even though it is not ski in ski out, we had a great view of the mountain, and a very convienent parking place right near the stairs to our unit.
Owner response:With regard to the third bedroom, the twin trundle has been replaced with a full size bed and a twin bunk above it. There is now ample room for a couple and an additional person for more convenience and space.

I have stayed in many condos in the Sun Valley area and this was by far the best. You can tell when an owner actually uses their condo rather than just using it for rental income. All the little details from a well stocked kitchen to charming decorations and immaculate upkeep are in place in this property. Working with the owners was pleasant and easy. The location is incredible...you really can walk to the River Run Lodge if you so choose. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again!

We had an excellent stay. This condo is great. It was very clean and comfortable, plus you can barely get closer to Baldy then here. Parking garage was a nice feature, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. This was definitely much nicer than excepted given the great rate. I would recommend it to anyone heading to Sun Valley.

We just got back from a great 3 night stay at this condo. Jennifer was very helpful during the reservation process and the condo had everything we needed. The condo complex has a very large hot tub that we got to enjoy all to ourselves. The condo is very well set up with electronic- 4 TV's wireless internet and speakers for ipods or the radio. If you are pulling a trailer, you will probably have to park on the street. The parking is in a "parking garage" of sorts underneath the condo building and I could see it being pretty tight for a trailer and not possible for an exceptionally tall vehicle.

This was a perfect condo for our needs! It is in a great location, easily accessible for our elderly parents (elevator from garage & condo all on one level), beautifully decorated, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. The owner was great to work with throughout the whole process. We loved being right next to the bike trail and walking distance to town. It was quiet. The extra storage closet in the garage was very helpful for our extra gear. The BBQ was a plus for cooking. There are so many places to go hiking or just strolling along the Big Wood. Love the area!!! We would definitely return and would recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time in Ketchum,ID. The condo that we stayed in was perfect for us, very centrally located and close to everything. Jennifer was a pleasure to correspond with and the condo had everything that we needed to be able to cook meals in. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of towels during our stay.Would certainly stay at this condo again.

This property is in an excellent location - 5 minutes to the River Run Lifts, a 10 minute walk into Ketchum; a 1-minute walk to the biking trail.... Can't say enough about the location! The condo is very comfortable and roomy and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. There were five of us and we all had plenty of room to stretch out. Also, the hottub is a great touch after a long day of hiking. I hope to stay here again at some future date!

My family and I love Sun Valley; and this was the first time we used VRBO. We went through numerous listings on the website and selected this condo based on location, ammenties and price. Upon arrival we were not disappointed. The place was great: large modern kitchen, large, very comfortable bedrooms, a great masterbath and second bathroom. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. There was even garage parking with a guest spot which was especially welcome since it snowed just about every day of our trip. You will not go wrong renting from Jennifer. She is as pleasant to deal with as she is efficient. She even suggested a way to get discounted lift tickets, saving us 19%. This was a no-stress transaction. Everything was as represented. Sun Valley is a great restaurant town for it's size. In my opinion, a must is Trail Creek Cabin. I love that place for it's warm intimate atmosphere as well as the food. There are other very good places: Rico's Italian on Main St and the Ketchum Grill. I think the restaurants have gotten much better in the past five years. Finally, I think the main reason I love Sun Valley so much is its people. I have read blurbs that the folks are haughty. From my experience, nothing could be further from the truth. Every single person I encountered that week was truly friendly and helpful. Ketchum / SV is a small town with wonderful people and I will always think fondly of our trips there. Thanks Jennifer for making so easy to enjoy it all.

A very comfortable, well-equipped, nicely decorated condo about a five-minute walk from the River Run ski area. Includes all of life's necessities, such as spacious kitchen, cable, wi-fi, TVs in every bedroom, king-size beds (one splits to twins) in two bedrooms, covered parking, washer/dryer/iron in the closet and a gas grille on the porch. Good table-side lighting and very comfortable furniture if you want to relax and read. We would return to this condo were we to return to Sun Valley!

The condo was beautiful, spaceous and fully equiped with all we needed. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful. The condo was just a few yards from the trail which was awesome to walk or cycle on. We rode our bikes over to the River Run Ski area and took the gondola up the mountain. The condo is so close to town you could walk, if you so desired. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it.

This condo is in the perfect location! Just blocks from downtown Ketchum, you can walk to town where all of the activity is. We took long walks/bike rides on the trail that is just a block from the condo. The condo is loaded with amenities; everything we needed was there. It is decorated beautifully and is very spacious if you are traveling with kids. The kitchen is large, as is the dining table. We cooked big dinners and invited friends over to enjoy it with us. We feel that this porperty is well taken care of and would recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make wonderful meals. We could sit on the deck off of the master bedroom and look right up at the mountain - what a view. The location couldn't be better either, a couple of minutes to town or to the mountain. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this clean well appointed condo. The location is walking distance to the ski lifts and to downtown Ketchum. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The instant gas fireplace was great after a full day of skiing! My family and I would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sun Valley!

Sun Valley has long been a premier ski destination but we were somewhat surprised at the plethera of summer activities which are offered and most were witin walking distance from the wonderfull River Run Condo. A confortable walking pathway becons as you walk out of the front of the condo. Apparently this was at one time the roadbed for the railroad which delivered early skiers to Ketchum. Bike riding, fishing, hiking, golf and just general sightseeing are just moments away. Listing for this facility if anythig was understated. A very adequate kitchen was greatly appreciated. The rooms were well appointed with tasteful interior deco. Large families could easily be accomodated here. The well maintained and clean unit was typical of the entire complex. Grounds were well designed and maintained. Good cuisine was to be had at many local resturaunts ( The Pioneer .Saloon was our favorite). We visited the Sun Valley Inn and were entertained by several amateur skaters as we lunched al fresco. The local golf course also offered a great lunch menu. We did enjoy our stay and plan to return this summer. We would highly recomend this facility to any family or group of friends.
