WOODRUN LODGE
Woodrun Lodge is very near Blackcomb base, from where you can easily access both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. At the Blackcomb base, you will also find Whistler Kids, the Blackcomb Daylodge, ski rentals, shops and restaurants. At the end of the day, you can ski directly back to the Woodrun Lodge and enjoy its many amenities, including a large outdoor hot-tub which is right on the edge of the slope.
Our condo is a short walk to the main Village with its many restaurants and shops, but is far away enough to be peaceful. There is secure underground parking, although a car is not necessary as you will be close enough to walk everywhere in the Village and the free Village shuttle bus stop just outside.

A constant visitor for over 12 yrs I got to know Whistler well. Have rented everywhere to better experience the place, assess value, maybe one day own my place. For the first timer, the location is perfect: ski in / out, at night within walking distance from everything. For the seasoned traveler, this place stands out. The development is well maintained. People who own or visit are the ones you'd feel comfortable to befriend. It is a large condo as 1200 sqft is a very generous size for a 2 -bdrm mountain accommodation ( space matters when with family and in winter with extra gear). The quality of design and materials are superb. Very few people have this quality even in their main homes. The confort is well above 4 Seasons, Whistler Chateaux and any other condo that demands the same or even higher fees. It is the result of refined taste, abundance and not that grandiose-disgraceful or opulent shinny seen elsewhere. This is not a discussion about cost, it is all about quality - if one appreciates exception and can afford it, this is elegant, comfortable, chic and very pleasant. It makes the day as in good company with this international resort and the magnificent mountain.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The owner was available for all my questions (such as parking access - which is gated, underground, and heated!). We corresponded several times via email and before we headed out the owner sent an additional email letting me know we were all set and what to expect for weather, nice touch! The condo was very spacious, we had 4 adults and 2 kids and were able to completely unpack all of our gear and tuck away suitcases for easy movement throughout. All the necessities were available including additional towels, soap, shampoo, pillows etc. Kitchen was stocked perfectly, we cooked everyday. My 2 sons (21 and 16) and I loved this condo. It is exactly as described and we thank you for sharing. Truly appreciated the steam shower after a great day ATV'ing and White Water Rafting. The unit was clean with great furnishings and comfortable beds. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and quick to respond to my many emails. I have already recommended Unit 209 at Woodrun to others and would stay there again myself. It is close to the Upper Village yet only a 7 minute walk to the main Village. I prefer this area as it is quiet and close to the great Summer Sunday Market. Thank You!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family of 5 (son 23, two daughters 20 and 10) stayed in this great condo for 3 nights in mid August. Despite a slight delay in checking in, our experience was wonderful. The condo is very clean, well kept, quiet and a walking distance to many activity points. It has amazing views through the many wide glass windows! We will be going back again and again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This is a fantastic rental property. I went there with my boys for the week and it was fantastic. Very well done and all the touches make this one great place to stay. Only wish was for air conditioning as it was over 90 degrees outside all week and this made the condo very warm. A fan would have been nice at least.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This apartment is a great find. The views are amazing, the furniture is good quality, and it has all you need for a great vacation stay. It is close to the north village, witha quick taxi ride to the south village. All items are high end. Would highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were extremely happy with this condo. When you book online, you don't always know what you are going to get. We were more than happy with the location, amenities and comfort. The building was built very well. During our month stay, we never heard our neighbors. We would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone.
