The enclosed carriage house/gazebo is great to sit back with a glass of wine and just relax. Or have a picnic on the little private island attached to the property by a white bridge, which is edged with a rock wall. The property is literally on the Newport/Middletown line; half in Newport half & in Middletown. Located right near first beach. Just 5 minutes to the center, Thymes Street (center), Bellevue Ave (Mansions), and Newport Harbor. The condo is fully equipped with fresh, soft linens and pillows. All kitchen necessities provided. **Not the place for loud, rude and obnoxious people. **Perfect for courteous and respectful people only **Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property

$1000/week (Sat-Sat).
$1500 Deposit/Cashiers Check or Money Order ONLY.
$500 will be returned with in 2 weeks after property is checked for any damages.
We do not return your $1000 if you cancel/Unless we are able to rent it.
Deposit will be forfeited if: more than 2 people occupy condo/smoking occurs in
condo or if you bring a pet-Other Damages will be assessed on a
case by case basis.
