My goal is simple....to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exhorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers, and I want you to tell all of your family and friends about your positive experience with a Relaxonthebeach property.
Lighthouse unit 1402 features all the comforts of home. You will enjoy a King bed in the master with a wonderful walk out balcony overlooking the Gulf. There is also a bunk room featuring two Twin beds and a personal bath. The condo features professional decor, high speed wireless internet access, cable TV, CD/DVD player, and a view that will truly take your breath away. Sit out on your direct gulf front patio and enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper while the dolphins frolic in the surf!
One of the newest condominium complexes on the Gulf coast, the Lighthouse boasts two gorgeous outdoor swimming pools (one zero entry), an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, two saunas, and a hot tub. There is truly something for everyone.
You will also stay busy during the heat of the day. Gulf Shores offers wonderful restaurants, great shopping (Foley outlets are a favorite of the ladies), world class golf (Kiva and the Peninsula), and great movie theaters. The kids will enjoy various amusement parks, putt-putt golf, and go-cart tracks.
The Lighthouse condominiums are located right in the heart of Gulf Shores. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers with zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product.
