  My family really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The lake view was awesome and the owner's closet was perfect for our beach and pool activities. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach retreat.

  My wife and I had an amazing experience and enjoyable time in this very clean and conveniently located rental! The view of the lake is beautiful and the rental amenities were first class. We enjoyed the availability of the bikes located on site and the proximity to both the pool and ocean. We felt right at home as the neighbors were very welcoming. The location is an easy drive to great restaurants and shopping! We would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at this property during the Easter weekend and had a great time. The Beachwalk Villa was very comfortable and quiet. Short walking distance to the beach. Loved the owners closet with bikes! We will definately stay again.

  My wife and I followed up our Spring Break 2012 trip to this lovely condo with a return visit in 2013. It was equally as beautiful and relaxing and we found all the amenities right here at the condo. The upgraded pool is a tremendous addition to the neighborhood and just a few steps away from the front door. It has its own bath house, gazebo and plenty of lounges, tables and chairs. With the beach a couple of blocks away, plenty of great restaurants within a few miles and unlimited shopping it is the perfect get away for us. We hope to be back for the three-peat in 2014.

  This is a very clean and comfortable townhome. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Walking distance to beach in Sandestin property. Listing was as described and owner is very easy to work with and has great communication with renter. I highly recommend this property.

  We had a wonderful experience at this rental. We were very late in finding a place this year, but found the owner to be very accommadating to our needs. Location for us was wonderful, with the pool only a short walk from the property, and the beach access very convenient. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. Unlike past years, we ate most meals at the property, so a well equiped kitchen was important. Extras provided by the owner, such as bikes, beach chairs and toys, meant less packing for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

  We had a wonderful time staying here. The pool was fantastic - a perfect way to relax in the eveing after a day at the beach and the beach was just a short walk away. Everything you could want only a short drive away in Destin. Excellent location - a great place for a family get away!

  We had a wonderful time staying in this Villa. It was so clean and nice. We felt very at home and will hopefully be able to stay here again in the future. The owners were so very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities in the area and having the use of their beach chairs, bikes, etc. was such a nice extra! We had an excellent vacation!

  We have been coming to Sandestin for about 20 years, two or three times a year. This was our first time to rent a condo in the Beachwalk Villas! It was PERFECT for my little family! The home was cozy, warm, spacious and spotless. The location was idea, so near to everything but especially the newly renovation pool. The pool was perfect for little kids (and grown kids). This is the first time we stayed at the pool more than the beach! I recommend Dave and Kathy’s “2nd home" to anyone with children of any age. Every extra from beach chairs to sand toys were provided and the stay was very stress free. Thanks Dave and Kathy for sharing your beautiful home :) Lisa
