Great Time at The Villa

Our vacation to Destin was highlighted by staying at this delightful condo. The beautiful location at the Sandestin Resort and minutes from the beach was terrific. We had stayed at one of the resort last year but this 3-bedroom condo was a much more relaxing atmosphere. The condo is decorated very tastefully and has all of the amenities you need including chairs and an umbrella for the beach, bicycles and a grill. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We recently returned from a 2 month stay at this lovely villa. Our second year staying during the winter months and we simply love it. Very relaxing and the weather was perfect this time for sitting out on the patio and enjoying our morning coffee. The villa is laid out perfectly for additional visitors, well maintained and clean. The restaurants and golfing are great! Looking forward to going back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. It made for a great place to hang out when the weather wasn't working in our favor. Having all the supplies already there was so convenient. We hope to return soon. Thanks again for a great experience!

Back to school at the Beach!

All the supplies in the owners closet ( bikes, chairs, umbrella, water guns, fishing rods, etc.) made for great memories. Loved Starbucks being so close and the area gave us a lot of options for eating out, in or entertainment. The home was decorated very nice with a relaxing view of the lake. Villa was clean and updated and met the needs of our family of Teens, tots and adults well. Owner was easy to get a hold of if there were any questions. Wish we didn't have to go home!

Wonderful Vacation

This condo is an excellent choice while staying in Sandestin. Great location for shopping, golf, restaurants and beach access. Take a bike ride in the evening or relax at the pool. If interested, you can even catch bass right outside the den patio. We had an awesome time. Will be back.

My wife, another couple and their two children ages 3 yrs old and 7 months old, recently stayed at this condo/townhouse. The place was very clean and thought that it looked much better in person than in the pictures. It was very spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere for all of us. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the local Starbucks, a brisk walk to the beach and a short drive to resturants and the big bog grocery store. We spent all of our days at the beach. We basically cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo/townhouse and packed a good lunch for the beach. We had dinner at Mitchell's Fish Market on our last night. Dave was easy to reach via cell phone and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroghly. We would love to make this an annual trip and would not really consider staying anywhere else.

Your beautiful villa had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We came for my niece's wedding, but I now plan on making it a regular vacation spot. We would never have to leave the Sandestin resort, and have plenty to do. The Baytowne Wharf area was great, and I highly recommend Poppy's Seafood. Your villa was truly a home away from home!

We had a wonderful time during the month of January 2011, at Beachwalk Villas. This villa is decorated so nicely and comfortable. It was very clean and supplied with everything you would need even down to the beach necessities and bicycles. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning with our cup of coffee and the sun shinning bright. The area is great for walking, just a short distance to the beach and the golf was excellent. We recommend the villa very highly and plan to return next year.

August vacation

We have rented this unit August 2009, July 2010, and August 2010. We love Beachwalk at Sandestin. We love that this unit is close to the pool. We will probably be back next year.

We had a wonderful vacation! The town home was everything we had hoped it would be. It was very clean and newly updated. It was a pleasure to work with the owners. Having all of our "beach" needs provided was an added bonus and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with a family that wants a relaxing and fun place to stay!

Unit was spotless, clean everything looked brand new. We really enjoyed being there, even when AC went down (i cant think of a better place to be when AC goes out) for a couple of hours Mr. Bruce was right on it and got someone there. We had a terrific time. Very helpful owners. The description was 100% accurate, the pictures reflected the property as it really is, clean and well maintained. I'd recommend this property and we plan on renting it again. The owner also has 2 additional units for rent in the same complex. Beautiful weather. Beautiful beaches. Great restaurants.
