This delightful, family-friendly home is located on 1.5 secluded acres, just South of Ketchum in the Gimlet area. A summer stay here is ideal as the property is surrounded by lush trees and green vegetation and is a short walk from the river. Both master suites have outdoor access, the loft living area has a large balcony with mountain views and guests will enjoy two inviting patios, one just off the kitchen/dining area and the second off the living room.

Spacious, with lots of light, this 3000 square foot home will sleep 8 or more guests comfortably. The first master suite is located on the main level and has a king size bed, sliding glass doors leading to a patio, a walk in closet, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, fireplace and television for guest enjoyment. The second master suite also has a king size bed, a private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, a television and there is a loft with a twin sized bed. The third guest room, also on the main level, has a queen size bed and a private bath.

Upstairs is a loft/family room with a television and the final guest room which has twin beds (bridgeable) and a private bath with skylights and a bench. The shared living space on the main level is open with a sunken kitchen complete with top of the line appliances, hard wood flooring, granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. The informal dining area will seat up to 6 guests. Warm and inviting, the living room has vaulted ceilings that open to the loft above. With its wood fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD, plush furnishings and patio access, this room provides guests with a wonderful gathering place to enjoy during their stay.

Additional space includes a cold entryway, single car garage, a laundry room with sink and a small office area near one of the master suites. Appointments include 4 TVs, DVD/CD/stereo, washer/dryer, one car garage, gas grill, 2 fireplaces, and High Speed Internet service. To help maintain the beauty of this property, we are not able to permit smoking. Pets may be allowed with prior owner approval and an additional deposit.
