This is a luxurious, spacious, bright and airy 2 bedroom condo. We are located on the 7th floor in the north tower, with stunning ocean views off the terrace or from the living area. Our condo is located on the beautiful El Palmar beach in Ixtapa, Guerrero. The unit is 1,600 sq. ft. and is fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, nicely designed furniture and decor with lovely ceramic floors throughout.
At Bay View Grand, there are two large infinity pools, two large childrens pools, hot tubs, massage services, saunas, pool/games room, movie theatre, meeting room, WIFI service, and 24 hour gated security.
We have provided every comfort necessary for you to enjoy your stay including T.V., DVD and CD player. As well, there is a small library of videos, books and magazines for your enjoyment.
There is a safe provided for your convenience and comfort.
The rental fee includes checkout/check in cleaning services. As well, extra services can be provided on request.
