This house has an AWESOME ocean view! You can see the ocean, Moonstone Beach, the estuary and Shamel Park from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The house is located just north of the West Village, you can walk into town in just a few minutes. The house has a fenced in yard for guests who wish to bring a dog.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
2 nights in the off season (Typically after Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend)
3 - 4 nights over holiday weekends (President's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day)
4 nights over Thanksgiving and during the Christmas/New Years season
5 night minimum during the summer
