This VERY well appointed house opens up in the back to a virtually undeveloped area of Cambria. Other than just a couple of houses, all you can see are pine trees, then a small ocean view to the south and north. PET FRIENDLY, with a small fenced in yard.

There is a six foot fence around the entire perimeter of the "grass" area as well as the front courtyard, perfect for guests with a dog. The house has a spacious kitchen and family room with windows looking out into Monterey pines. The house sleeps six people comfortably in three bedrooms.
