This Gorgeous condo is located in the heart of Old Town, PV, on Los Muertos Beach. The Zona Romantica..It is beautifully decorated and completely furnished.

From the terrace,you will want to spend many hours watching wonderful sunsets and the diving pelicans.

VISTA DEL SOL is a short 5 minute walk to town and all of the best restaurants are close by.

The condo is colorfully decorated with all original art from Mexico and Central America.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ocean view. The Master Bathroom is newly remodeled with hand made Mexican tiles.

The guest bedroom. has 2 twins and its own private bath. Also recently remodeled.

There are 3 color TVs, a CD player and a DVD player in the new
flat-screened TV in the MB.

In front of the building are 20 Palapas to sit under while enjoying the beach.

The onsite Restaurant, EPOCA, is wonderful, and offers room service and pool service too.

There is a wonderful pool on the top of the building.

Maid service is provided everyday except Sunday. Manuela has been taking care of the condos on the 6th floor for 18 years.
SHE DOESN'T DO DISHES...

There is 24 hours security and 3 computers that are availble for guests to use for a small fee. They are located in the lobby.
