Sand Castle is located across the street from popular Carrabelle Beach and has unobstructed views of the ocean and beautiful barrier islands. All three levels have wrap around porches with rocking chairs and areas for outside dining. The top floor "Crow's Nest" offers some of the most spectacular views in Franklin County and superb dolphin watching.
This one acre estate featuring a gazebo, koi pond and an abundance of fruit trees and tropical vegetation offers plenty of room for multiple cars, boats and other recreational "toys".
We are located just a three block walk down the beach to the newly renovated Lighthouse Park and only a 20 minute drive into historic Apalachicola for shopping and fine dining. The quaint village of Carrabelle and its deep water marinas and casual seafood restaurants are only a mile away.
