A wonderful vacation home! This house has everything you could possibly need to make the most of your holiday... The property is very well kept and is close to everything. The owners ensure that guests feel right at home and place everything at your disposal, including a beach umbrella and chairs, bicycles, a gas BBQ with two tanks of propane and, most importantly, the ability to travel with your pets... The covered pool and the outdoor television and seating area are also a nice touch... They even provided a baby crib and high chair for our little one. Maps and a list of things to do in the area are also provided... This house felt like our home away from home, and we would have no hesitations in returning... Thank you to Rolayne and Gary for making the rental process so easy and for making us feel so welcome.

What a wonderful vacation home! The pictures simply do not do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful and everything you need for the perfect vacation is right there. I loved how clean it was and the pool was so much fun. The layout worked perfectly for us and our Berner loved his walks in the neighborhood. The owners are the perfect hosts and were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Don't pass this property by --- you will love it!!!!!

This home is one of the best vacation properties my family has had the privilege of renting. The pictures are accurate, but the real thing is even better. Every aspect of the home is clean, comfortable, inviting and wonderfully equipped. Close to the beach, close to the Circle, and a state park just a couple blocks away... everything right nearby, yet still incredibly peaceful! We will definitely consider this home again for any future travels to this area, and will highly recommend to friends and family... thank you for a wonderful week!

Rolayne and Gary have created an inviting, well equipped, pet friendly get away. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to the most finicky traveler as the owners have anticipated and provided for every comfort of home. The outside space is just as pleasant as the inside. The on-site managers made themselves available to answer any questions which is always nice when you are travel weary. I rate this property above excellent and the owners are people I would enjoy having as neighbors, even though we have never met. Their home will truly be your home away from home.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in this wonderful home. We really appreciated that it was pet-friendly so we could bring our two kitties. The house was fully equipped down to the bin full of fresh beach towels. We have rented many places through the years, but found this place to be truly perfect!

The pictures on the website are great, but they do no justice for how AMAZING this home is! The decor is gorgeous and the outside area was the most wonderful part! Plenty of seating and space. It was so relaxing! We got married on Lido Beach and were blessed to have found THIS home to stay in while we started our new life together! We will be back and I would recommend this home to EVERYONE looking for a place to stay in Lido! The owners were great as they responded quickly to all emails with questions or comments!! FABULOUS!!!!!!

Upon arriving at the house, the cleaning person was still hard at work since the previous tentants kept calling for "house keeping". Am thinking uh-oh, however after we received the keys, much to my astonshiment, the house was spotless. Loved the decor, the layout of the house and the pool area. Had a slight problem getting onto the internet, however, caretaker, Tom helped us with that. This house has everything you need and more. The walled fenced in backyard was perfect for one of my deaf schnauzers. The walk to the beach was a breeze - only a block away. The sand was white and oil-free. Ocean was warm and inviting. House was located in a nice neighborhood, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would rent from this owner again if ever in the Sarasota area.

We have stayed in Lido for the last ten years at different rental properties, but we will book this house for any future stays!! Incredibly well equipped, very clean, tv's everywhere, well stocked kitchen...and a back porch you won't want to leave! Rolayne was great to work with and everything was exactly (actually better!) than we expected!! We will definitely book again next year!!

A great property that is maticulous and worth every dollar spent. We loved the atmosphere and the location of this property. The owners of this property make the process so easy and guide you step by step to enjoy your vacation. The photos do not really give the place the justice it deserves. If you are looking for a place that is in a prime location, 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle, a 2 minute walk to Lido Beach, near Sarsota waterfront and cultural center, then you need to stay here. The pool area under the lanai was a great place during the day and night to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. As a retired Police Officer, this place is a safe place to spend your time. My spouse who is a Doctor in higher education needed a relaxing atmosphere, it's here in this property. I would stay at this property forever and the only bad thing about this property is that you have to leave it. Thanks for a wonderful stay Rolayne and Gary, we will be contacting you again soon so we can do this again.

My family and I loved our time at this Lido Key house! The house is charming and perfect for all ages. We could walk to the beach or take a dip in our own private pool. The outdoor space is an oasis. Tons of seating, ceiling fans, a t.v, and stereo are in addition to the trees and landscaping. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Don't look any further...book this house for your next getaway!
