I can’t begin to tell you what an all-around wonderful experience renting this amazing cabin has been. From dealing with the owner, who is an absolute delight to work with and communicate with, to being blown away by the overall grandeur of the cabin upon arrival; we couldn’t have been happier. Let me tell you that the pictures cannot do this cabin justice. The décor and the furnishings in the cabin are second to none. The size of the bathrooms up stairs could fit another bed in each of them. Every room in this house is very large and sleeping 10 people here is not an issue. The cabin as well as the hot tub were very well kept and clean. The view from the back deck is absolutely breath taking. The only thing I would like to see changed is the location of the cabin on the map in it’s posting. It is not an indication of it’s true location. This cabin is on the west side of Cleveland, not to the south east as indicated. For us it was in the perfect location but it took some searching to find it’s true location. Rent this cabin, you won’t be disappointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

From the moment we opened the door, to the moment we left we were impressed with the beauty of the cabin and the property itself. The great room with the huge window overlooking the deck and mountain view was wonderful. The trip up the dirt road to get to the cabin is a fun drive. The rooms were huge and the cabin had tons of space for us to stretch out. Everything we needed for a long weekend was provided, and the owners really did a great job making us feel at home. We had about 16 people over for a dinner on Saturday night and there was plenty of room for everyone and it was great for entertaining. We look forward to coming back and I highly recommend this cabin! Totally AMAZING...Just love the cabin…. It is so tranquil and peaceful…..each time I go up on the mountain, I feel such a calmness come over me and really enjoy every minuet I am up there. I have had many amazing times up there and want to thank Todd and Teresa for all the wonderful times I have had with them and my children in this cabin. I especially want to thank them for allowing my family to stay there, when I lost my son Kegan this past march. Kegan enjoyed every time we were up at the cabin as did the other children. We went to so many places around to shop, sightseeing, eating and even go floating down the river in Helen, we just had so much fun. Everything is so close. Truly this is a place you can forget about everything and relax. I find the cabin so unique; it has all I could want for a comfortable stay. I always look forward to spending time here. I can’t wait to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This cabin/home is very nice, and very large. We had a group of 10 adults (5 couples), and everyone had plenty of room and plenty of privacy in each of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and it was very easy to get a good night’s sleep. The furnishings in the home were very nice; rustic, but very well suited to a home in the mountains. The views off of the back deck were amazing, and you could literally see for miles and miles. The grill on the back deck worked great. The hot tub was also great. The kitchen was very nice, but could’ve been a little better stocked with pots/pans, cutlery and utensils. The dishwasher worked, but there was something keeping it from opening/closing all the way when you were trying to load/unload. The home is very isolated. This was a good thing for our group, but if there was any intention of going out for meals you’re driving for at least 15 minutes. At the same time, the cabin was very peaceful and quiet. There were only a couple of real negatives. The TV’s in the great room and basement were a bit small for the size of those spaces, and we couldn't get the internet to work the entire time we were there. The other negative was the driveway. It was about a mile once you got off the main road to get to the house, and you were literally driving up a mountain on a dirt/mud path. If you don’t have a car with plenty of ground clearance, you will have a very tough time making it up to the house if the ground is even slightly wet.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: I drive a Cad. and I drive up to the Cabin without any problems.A low riding car like a Corvett would not be good to take up to the Cabin. The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher. The T.V's. are very good and are as large as I have at home. A few items has been added again to the kitchen, I think once in a while items go home with our guest. Turners Corner Restaurant is open again, part time and is only about 2-3 miles away from the cabin. We try to keep everything very clean and very nice.We strive to have happy guest with good memories!!!!!!!!!

Great family location! Peaceful and quiet but close to everything if you need something. We sooooo enjoyed having the kids graduation party there. Sitting by the firepit roasting marshmellows was the crowd favorite. Wonderful touch having the picnic tables on the deck. That was a breakfast hangout every morning as we enjoyed the unspeakable view! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

My family and I stayed at the cabin for about a week. What a great site! The mountain views are phenomenal and the cabin is gorgeous and comfortable. I highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. The cabin is just a short drive away to many towns including Helen and Dahlonega, and surrounded by breathtaking waterfalls. We even went to Blue Ridge on a day trip. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3
