Your Hawaiian Advantage, at the luxurious Beach Villas at Ko Olina, is the perfect setting for you and your family in our 2 bedroom condo, capable of sleeping 6. The large lanai doors open to reveal a 17 foot opening onto the west facing lanai. Marble counters, high end appliances and all the supplies you may require, complete the kitchen.
The condo has been beautifully decorated and offers you the finest of furniture. Comfortable Lanai furniture creates the perfect place for visiting or reading privately, with an ocean view. Our lanai is centered in the middle of the buildind, providing you more privacy than most units. the living room sofa provides an additional queen size bed, designed with modern, air-coil mattress technology. The bedrooms feature 1 Cal King and 2 extra long twin beds with Sealy Mattresses, covered with quality cotton sheets and down filled comforters. Additionally, each room is complete with wall mounted flat screen TV’s. We have also provided a play pen and a booster seat for younger children.
As you stroll through the exclusive and private Villas’ grounds, you may take time to relax, on a comfortable padded beach chaise lounge by one of the 2 pools. The quality of these chairs is appreciated when you are relaxing by the pool! Visit the Koi pond before you stop by the concierge for assistance with planning and booking your holiday.
Security is a priority at the Beach Villas and provided 24/7. You will find the team both friendly and helpful. Entrances are monitored by cameras and secured with gates. This provides families extra comfort during their stay.
If you wish to take a dip in the ocean, you may exit through the secured front gate and step right out onto the sandy beach of lagoon 2. The beaches of the lagoons provide a safe environment for children of all ages, because the water is calm and easy to swim in. Snorkelling is a must in lagoon 2! You will find the beach peaceful, uncrowded, and very enjoyable.
We have taken the time to appreciate what a vacation means to you and can offer you advice and tips during your stay in Oahu, found in our Guest handbook located in our condo. Upon your arrival, review our binder and welcome DVD for helpful hints in the condo. We have included many assorted brochures for your convenience.

It was the perfect holiday! Fantastic weather, great food and lots of stories to share, and the accomodations were perfect. Some highlights were boating (seeing whales, dolphins and turtles), visiting Pearl Harbour, Swap Meet. Diamond Head, North Shore, plantation, and the kids surfing! New Year's Eve was incredible - dinner at Roy's and fantastic Fireworks at the Beach! Thanks for the memories, we will be back!

We had so much fun spending our Christmas break in Ko Olina, it surpassed our expectations! This is a beautiful villas and we loved everything!! We will be sure to come back here and stay. Our teanage daughter learned to surf, we hiked the rainforest, swam under a waterfall, jumped off a cliff into the water. We had so much fun, everything was planned day to day, and we would do it again. We had a great Christmas. Mahalo

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa during Spring break. It had everything we had hoped for and more. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We also used the BBQ's by the pools to grill. The villa is close to all that we needed and the weather was great. We would come back from a rainy island tour to lots of sun! The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this condo and the owners. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful place to stay. We stayed there over Xmas holiday and New Year. The fact that it is away from all of the hastle and bustle of Honolulu is a plus. We did not need to go anywhere else to enjoy what Hawaii has to offer. Beautiful lagoon with a beach, good snorkling right there. If you want to see big waves North Shore is only a 30 minute drive. We did a lot of site seeing and driving, but at the end of each day we felt happy going back to our own oasis at the Beach Villas. Service was good and friendly. Our family (my husband and I and our two boys (13 and 10) were very impressed and would love to come back some day.

Wonderful condo! We stayed here for a week in November 2009, including the Thanksgiving holiday. There were four of us: my wife and I and our two teenage sons. The condo was great; everything was pretty new and clean, with high tech lighting and appliances. The sliding glass doors to the balcony opened wide to reveal a great view of the ocean (and some other buildings in the complex, too, but we weren't looking at those). Semi-private elevators to the unit made it seem like we had the place to ourselves. We were surprised at how few of the units in the complex were occupied during the time we were there. There were two very large pools and three jacuzzis on the premises, and these were practically empty a lot of the time. The grounds around the condo buildings were beautiful; we saw maintenance personnel working every morning we were there. While this is in a less-busy section of Oahu (which was to our liking), there was convenient shopping at Costco, Safeway, etc. just a couple of miles away. In addition, being on the west side of the island was quite convenient for scuba diving, as a number of dive operators run their boats from this side. There were a number of good restaurants in the area, some of which could be accessed by walking along the beachfront path between the condo complex and other resorts in the area. The worst part of our experience was that we had to go home at the end of the week... We highly recommend the Makai Family Vacations condo at Ko Olina!

This beautiful condo in a an awesome location was truly a dream vacation. Enough room to spread out (2 adults, 2 teenage children)with all amenities close by and easy to get around the island highways. Great view from the lanai, well equipped and very safe and secure. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This is our second summer holiday in a row staying at the Beach Villas. We have enjoyed our stay immensely each time. The vacilities are world class, and the accommodations are second to none! The arrangements have always been trouble free and the on-site staff have been courteous and helpful on both occasions. Our whole family is looking forward to returning again soon, and we highly recommend the Beach Villas to everyone!
