This newly built property has an open feel Island home with gentle cool breezes circulating throughout from the French doors and the Island handmade louvered shutters. The Main House is 2500 square feet with three bedrooms with three bathrooms ensuite all opening to the wrap around porches. The large Master Bedroom upstairs opens onto a porch with spectacular views of the Caribbean. All bedrooms are air conditioned with private bathrooms. The large open kitchen is built around the spacious Island Bar and flows onto the entertainment area, the dining room and a study/game room with steps leading to the pool, deck, and the Gazebo. Laze on a chaise around the pool and view the beauty of the Caribbean. Barbeque on the gas grill from local fish caught on the Island.
In addition to The Main House Seagrove Retreat has a Boathouse which is 800 sq.ft. This cottage has the same Island home features, an open kitchen/family room combo opening onto the porch built over the Lagoon. There is a large kingsize airconditioned bedroom with an additional queensize automatic inflatable bed for children or family members.
