This beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned, spacious five bedroom, three and a half bathroom home, has two large master suites, making it ideal for an extended family or two families travelling together.
The home is located in Sunset Lakes, a well established and gated community set around two natural lakes: a prime position which is only three and a half miles from Disney - we even have the same zip (post) code! Sunset Lakes has its own community swimming pool and a childrens' playground.
The Universal Parks and Seaworld Parks are only a 20 minute drive away, as are mall and outlet shopping. Many shops and restaurants are minutes away, as are top-class golf, fishing and the many other attractions Orlando has to offer. Cocoa Beach is less than an hours drive away and we even have a cooler box and ice packs for those picnics at the beach.
The ground floor of this tasteful home has an open plan living room with a high ceiling and galleried landing. It has a TV with 80+ cable channels, a VCR, an X-box which also plays DVDs, and a Hi-fi with iPod docking. For your enjoyment there's a seletion of video and DVD films, X-box games and easy-listening CDs, together with a large choice of books and guidebooks. There's a formal dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a full cooking range, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a breakfast bar and a cosy breakfast nook overlooking the lake and pool area. A separate laundry room has a washer, drier and ironing facilities. There's also a "powder room" (the half bathroom).
One of the twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor, as is one of the master bedrooms. The downstairs master has a pillow-topped queen bed, cable TV and telephone. The huge on-suite bathroom has two washbasin vanity units, a deep tub, a walk-in shower and walk-in closets. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool and lanai.
The upper floor has a further twin bedded room, together with a bedroom with a full (double) size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and over-tub shower. The second master suite is located on this floor and, like the downstairs master, has a pillow-topped queen bed, cable TV and telephone. The hugh bathroom has a two washbasin vanity unit, a deep tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. This room has a private balcony overlooking the serene lake.
The private screened pool with attached kiddies splash pool has a beautiful lake view with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The spacious covered lanai has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and snacks and an electric barbecue is available. There are several sun loungers for those who just wish to relax and unwind in the Florida sun. For your convenience a variety of pool toys are provided.
A crib (cot), a stroller and an adjustable high-chair are provided free of charge.
All towels (including pool towels) and linens are provided.
Wi-fi internet access is available for guests who wish to take a lap-top.
The home has a two car garage and off-road parking for a further two cars.
The front of the house is not overlooked and enjoys a protected conservation view.
For your comfort the villa has a no-smoking policy.
The home comfortably sleeps 10.

Rentals of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of $85/£45.
Rentals at Christmas, New Year and Easter will carry an additional surcharge
of $22/£13 per night for up to 7 days either side of the actual date.
Pool heat can be arrange for an additional charge of $30 £13 per day.
