Our open kitchen includes a new Krups coffee/cappuccino maker,new toaster oven and a new microwave. Just off of the kitchen is our laundry area with brand new washer/dryer. Our open dining area easily accommodates eight people and also has sliding glass doors, which lead to a spacious deck equipped with a new gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. The house has been recently updated with new carpeting throughout. Sleep soundly on new mattresses and box springs in all three bedrooms. The master bedroom also has the added convenience of a 1/2 bath. Enjoy breakfast while watching the birds and chipmunks at the feeder. Lounge on our deck and enjoy the picturesque view of Cheshire Lake and the surrounding mountains. From the front of the house view Mount Greylock (world renown for its hiking and cycling). 18 minutes to Williamstown and Mass Moca. 10 min. to Pittsfield. Approx. 2 1/2 to 3 hours from NYC and Boston. You are welcome to bring your own kayak/rowboat or sit on the bench at the waters edge to enjoy the natural beauty of the Lake. There is also excellent fishing on the lake. Five minutes to Berkshire Mall. The house sits on nearly an acre of land on a quiet dead end cove, great for the kids and family to enjoy. Lots of activities and shopping near by, including miniature golfing,go-carts and great skiing in the winter. Walking distance to the Bass Water Grill restaurant. Bring a couple of bicycles and go cycling. Ashuwillticook bike path is less than ½ mile away and runs from Cheshire to Pittsfield along the lake.
Why rent a condo/hotel room (with a neighbor right next door) when you can rent an affordable vacation house and have the privacy that it offers. The only doors you'll hear opening and closing will be that of you and your guests. |
