Three level townhome, totaling 1553 square feet. Direct access to enclosed two-car garage on first floor with one additional reserved parking space, non-covered. Also on first floor, twin sofa sleeper located in study.
Second level includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Living area includes queen sofa sleeper, 37-inch flat screen television with cable, and separate dinette area. One bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet and separate bath. Covered balcony located directly off the second level. Sit on the balcony and view the lights at Kyle Field.
Third floor includes two separate bedrooms with attached baths. One bedroom with king size bed, other bedroom includes a queen size bed.
Two-day minimum stay required, not negotiable

This place is awesome! The menities are fabulous and we had a great time! The pictures actually don't do this place justice. It is WAY better than what is portrayed. The location is excellent...very close to campus and just down the street from restaurants/shops. You have all you need within 1 mile. There is a convenience store right across the street and a coffee house nearby. The owner is a breeze to deal with and the transaction went off without a hitch. Thanks for letting us use your home!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was updated and beautiful and surprisingly quiet considering we were so close to campus. Very convenient to the college and had every amenity we would need close by. The owner was accomodating with all of our needs and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
