Reynolds Plantation is located between Augusta and Atlanta off of I-20. Augusta is only a 50 minute drive away, and Atlanta is only 90 miles away. You can also visit Athens... home of UGA Bullodogs which is 50 minutes away.
There is also so much to see outside of Reynolds Plantation. Lake Oconee Village, just at the entrance of Reynolds has wonderful shopping including unique clothing, shoes and accessories, home accessories, jewelry, children's and stationary shops. There is also a new Publix grocery store which is wonderful! Brand new state of the art 8 screen movie theater with VIP seating. The possibilities are endless at Reynolds... start making memories with your family and friends!
The house has extra large bedrooms and one room will be closed for storage for the owner. There is a Master with a king bed and a crib set up in the bedroom. Large bathroom with spa tub and stand up shower with all the extras in the Master. Outside the Master upstairs is a sitting area with desk,sink,TV,subzero refrigerator,ice maker and coffee maker.There is another bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds and the bathroom has a stand up glass shower separate from a tub and another shower. The downstairs bedrooms are very large also. One room has a queen bed and also a day bed in the room. This room has its own bathroom with a tub,shower and double sinks. The other bedroom has 2 full beds and it also has its own bathroom with a stand up shower. There also is a daybed swing on the large porch.
The bar area is exquisite with french doors opening out to the pool area, and also has a bathroom for the bar area and the pool area. There is also a stand up rain head outside shower. The laundry room also has a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The laundry has a door which can be used from the pool area. There are 4 fireplaces with one being outside which is perfect for making smores (skewers are provided). The kitchen is very large with high end appliances including Wolf and Sub Zero. There is a sitting area off the kitchen with a flat screen TV. There is also a large breakfast area, and the dining room table seats 12. The basement has seating area with large flat screen TV and a rec room with pool table. The house has everything you will ever need!

Jan-Mar $750/night .. $4800.00/week | April-Dec .. $975/night .. $ 6500/week
Masters week ........... $10500./week.......All Holidays $1100.00(3 night minimum)
Thanksgiving week ... $1100/night (4 night minimum)
Weeks are Sunday to Sunday with check in time at 4:00 and check out time is
11:00 on Sunday. Damage deposit check $1500.00... Totally refundable
A nonrefundable 50% deposit is due upon booking. Final payment due 30 days prior
to arrival. Clean up fee of $280.00 per rental. Extra maid services may be
arranged at additional expense. Taxes 10% of rental.
