Backing onto conservation area and woodlands this Orange Tree luxury villa is on a tranquil estate set among original orange groves. This is a top of the range villa which is set on a premium plot. The pool/lanai/spa is south facing and if the sun is shining (which is does almost every day in Florida) the pool area remains sun soaked all day. The pool has a child safety fence and is fully screened, so no bugs!
The villa is fully equipped with all that is needed for easy living. The Kitchen having cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The villa is looked after by a reputable management company, so is CLEAN and TIDY at ALL times, there being a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Four of the bedrooms have TV and one with VCR/DVD. The lounge having a large TV with DVD & VCR and there is a selections of DVD's and VCR's, books and board games for your use, and of course there is also a BBQ for your private use.
Orange Tree is close (10 Minutes) from Disney World, with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and many large shops close at hand. Wal-Mart for all your needs is just three miles. There are many restaurants and golf courses close at hand and a local Harley Davidson hire shop. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral on the east coast are about an hour away whilst Clearwater Bay, Tampa and St Petersburg are one and a half hours on the west coast.

I recently stayed at this property with 10 friends and family for a two week vacation at Disneyworld. The house is fantastic! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have the kitchen area, dining area, and patio area to play games at each table. We ate breakfast at the house each day which saved us money. The house was clean and well decorated. We all enjoyed the game room which included a pool table, air hockey, and darts. It was great to have the laundry so we didn't have to bring so many clothes. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is close to a Publix and a Walmart so we could make runs for necessary items. The trips to Disney, Sea World, and Universal were all within 30 minutes time. We enjoyed all of the theme parks. We were there during a very busy time and the traffic was not bad at all. The owners were extremely helpful and kept in close contact with me during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would go back myself if I get the opportunity.

A tremendous thank you to Sue (and Company) for the 'no frills' booking and helpful assistance in making booking this property a pain-free experience! The pictures and amenities listed, cannot truly represent how amazing this house is...with all the comforts of home. The Disney parks were all within 30 minute driving distance, with WalMart and Publix, literally just around the corner (5-10 min drive). From the games room, to the clean pool to the well appointed bedrooms (there are 5 of them), we thoroughly enjoyed our time (Sept 19-27) and will definately recommend this property to others! Again, thank you for making this family vacation one of our most memorable!

We viewed this property in February, as a possibility for a stay next winter. It is great! There are 2 master suites that both open to the pool area, which is spacious and backs up to the reserve, so no one directly behind. Very clean everywhere, and we were impressed with the representative from the management company who showed us around. Will definitely recommend this property.

We as a family of 4 had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa, it is in a great everything we needed was to hand. The management company were also very helpful and called to see us a few times during our stay. The villa was very clean. I will recommend this villa to family and friends .

We have stayed at this villa for 5 years in a row and we have had a wonderful stay. The villa is exceptional and the owners and agent very helpful. With the new road into Disney now our time to and from the water parks and main attractions is within minute. Great Time great villa. Nice an dclean and peaceful.
