Located in the beautiful Anaheim Resort area, your luxurious home away from home is 12 minutes walking distance to the Tram or Monorail that takes you into Disneyland or to the Anaheim Convention Center. This wonderfully remodeled 2000 sq ft spacious home has been designed for your comfort and furnished with attention to detail.Our home comes well stocked for the perfect vacation. We are at your service to help you make your Southern California stay a memorable one. Our home is positioned on a very quiet street with views of Disneyland and a front yard seat to their nightly fireworks display. Come home to a relaxing time in the Jacuzzi so you can do it all again tomorrow!

The home comes complete with a games room that includes Foosball and a variety of board games. There is also a ping pong table on the breezeway/ patio. The backyard is a sunny oasis with a featured seven foot high rockery and waterfall built by Disney craftsmen! There is an Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon and Avocado tree with fruit ripe for the picking. There is also an herb garden for your culinary needs.

The master suite has a king size bed with dual adjustable head and foot positions. The master bath has an oversized soaking tub and a separately attached vanity. The second master bedroom has a full bath, double sinks and built in vanity. The children's room has two twin size bunk beds. The games room contains a Futon with a third bathroom/shower attached. A tankless water heater provides endless hot water to the three bathrooms to get all our guests ready for another busy day. All bathrooms come with hairdryers, curling iron, flat iron, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We even provide robes for easy transition to the jacuzzi.

Our newly rebuilt kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with large pots for family style dining. We have provided everything you could possibly need for your convenience with our home away from home theme. All Spices, Starbucks Coffee, Green Tea, Irish Tea, Sugar, Sweetners, Creamers, Flour, all Paper and Plastic goods including childrens flatware, bowls, plates and cups.

We only hope to continue providing excellent service and guest relations for every guest that comes to stay in our home. We have been gratified to hear about the wonderful memories that have been created since we opened our home in June 2008.

  • "The home was perfect and had a very '5 Star' feel to it. Granite counters throughout, nice furniture, hot tub and the two fountains all make the home a great place to recoup from all the fun at Disneyland. We really enjoyed the aspect of being in a home so our extended family of 7 adults and 3 children could hang out and interact rather than all being couped up in separate hotel rooms. The cost was less than using hotels even at the bargains now being offered. The walk to Downtown Disney was only 14 minutes and was nice as there are no crowds on this side of the park. The whole area is wonderfully landscaped and makes for a nice walk to and from Disney proper. Frances met us as we arrived and gave a great intro to the home and all the amenities. She then disappeared but was close by (living across the street) if we needed her. Also she has done a great job of compiling very current information about the area including restaurants and markets, etc. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations! We take a trip to Disneyland with our whole clan every two years and this will be my first choice in 2011." My husband and I have traveled a lot around the world and mostly have used VRBO properties - but we experienced nothing like staying at your house.   • If you are planning a trip to Anaheim, do not hesitate to rent this property. The home is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The owners have gone the 2nd mile to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay and are very responsive to any needs that arise. One feature we enjoyed was having the private master bedroom at the back of the house. The grandchildren loved the toys, etc. We did end up taking our cars into Disneyland because the walk was hard on the small children after walking around Disneyland all day.   • This home was incredible! We stayed from the 4th-11th of July 2009. Frances had everything we could possibly need. The home and backyard were beautiful. Our group included 2 small children, 2 teenagers, and 5 adults - there was plenty of room for all! Great location to visit all the SoCal tourist areas! We walked to Disneyland, and took day trips to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Long Beach and San Diego. We will definitely be back for another stay!

  • We very much enjoyed our stay in Anaheim at your home. It had so many extras. My grandchildren really enjoyed the closet of toys. My son appreciated the stroller for our littlest one and my husband and I enjoyed pulling grapefruit off the tree for breakfast. The location was perfect for visiting Disney and also San Diego and LA. It was a pleasure.

  • Dear Frances and John, We all had a fantastic time at your house! The little ones loved the toys in the closet and we all enjoyed a few rounds of foose ball sessions in the evening. You've thought of everything and the house is well equipped with the necessities.   • What a GLORIOUS home! We spent 3 nights/4 days here with visiting relatives from Austria, a total of 4 adults and 4 kids, and it was the perfect, restful home for us all. I highly recommend this home --- you will not regret it! Frances has decorated and stocked the home with wonderful furnishings and details, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and clean, you can walk to Disneyland!!!, and the hot tub & backyard provides a restful respite from the chaos of Disneyland. We will definitely be back! SOOO much better than a hotel... we made lots of extra special memories cooking & eating together in the diningroom, and slept like BABIES! Thank you Frances & John!!!

  • We took our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren to Disneyland for spring break. Finding this home was truly a gift!! What a pleasure to come "home" from a day of adventures where everyone could relax and we could prepare and eat healthy meals. Every detail was perfect for us - the sleeping arrangements were great, 3 bathrooms made getting everyone ready each day very easy, the kitchen is very well equipped. Frances had good information on the location of supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and all of the Annaheim attractions! We were walking distance from Disneyland, The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. This is a great way to enjoy a family vacation - it would also be great for a reunion with college friends etc. We give it 5 stars!

  • Came down to Anaheim to visit Disneyland and also went to the Anaheim Convention Center for a expo Your Villa is in easy walking distance to both like 10 minutes to either point. And Your home is more then we expected in luxury and amenities. Being a cook the kitchen gets a 10 along with your back yard Jacuzzi/waterfall/garden and watching the fireworks from the back yard made it a truly magical event each and every night of our stay. We shall certainly recommend you to our friends and community for being a 10 plus rating We use vrbo's for all of our travels and destinations and again your home is way on top of our list. Shall return next year same time for another expo and to experience spectacular home both in and out.
