Take advantage of our luxury accomodations during our fall special for only $1000/week! Spacious, water-front condominium with breathtaking views from the balcony! Relax and enjoy the panoramic pristine view of the sugar-white private beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico - no public beach access anywhere nearby so the beach is yours! One of ONLY seven units in a nice, quiet complex. This “complex” consists of 2 two-story buildings on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. There are 4 units in your building and 3 in the other so it is a cozier situation than some huge condo building. Complex was built in 2000 and features a heated pool. This condo has a cute, island-style decor and was redecorated in 2007 with new carpet, paint, crown molding, linens, etc . . . queen size bed in master bedroom with its own private bathroom! The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. The Unit opens up to another 2 bedroom with double doors if 2 units are needed by the same group. Spend a lazy day in our crystal-clear pool or mix an ice cold drink and sit by the island-style bar or under the tiki tables as you watch a game of shuffleboard or just soak up the sun's rays. Poolside refrigerator keeps your beverages cold and close by! Indian Rocks Beach is a stereotypic beach town – very laid back and casual, everyone is in beach attire! If your vacation plans involve cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen and room for 6 people to dine comfortably at the table, and 3 more at the counter. The condo is just a few steps from many inter-coastal restaurants including the famous and not-to-be-missed Lighthouse Donuts with best hazelnut coffee in the world (try the key lime or PBJ donuts!). Crabby Bills has a scrumptious dinner, and JD's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The location is only 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa. Numerous attractions nearby include Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), golf, aquariums, art museums, planetarium, great restaurants, water sports, rentals, and loads of beach fun!!!
