This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom country chalet is located in Cranberry Resort in Collingwood, Ontario which is nestled in the center of the best ski and golf resorts in Ontario including Blue Mountain Ski Resort which offers world class skiing, indoor water park, family entertainment, indoor and outdoor sports, full-service spa, family and fine dining and plenty of entertainment throughout the year.
The chalet was fully renovated in 2005.
The first floor consists of an open concept living room, dining room and family room with a wood burning fire-place we call the Great Room. The rear wooden deck leads to the walking and biking trails that meander through Cranberry Resort to its 3 pools, 8 tennis courts and 18 hole golf course.
The kitchen is modern and complete with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. There is a 2 piece bathroom on the first floor. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms. One of the three bedroom has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4 people. The other two bedrooms each have queen size beds. The first floor sofa is also a queen size pull-out bed.
The chalet is across the street from the bay (Lake Huron) and the Georgina Bay Marina that offers boat and Seadoo rentals. A sandy beach is a 5 minute drive away.
The chalet is located in a resort community made up of 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, 8 tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course, adult clubhouse, family clubhouse, restaurants, fitness room and hiking and biking trails connecting our community to all of Collingwood and Blue Mountain.
It is located in a very safe, quiet, welcoming community in Collingwood with a population of approximately 16,000 (that triples during ski season).
The activities for children, adults and families are unlimited. Winter activities include cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, tobogganing, snow-shoeing, horseback-riding, skating, ice-fishing, etc. Summer activities include golf, tennis, biking, swimming, sailing, wind-surfing, fishing, hiking, etc.
Shopping, restaurants and movie theatres are all within a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from our chalet.
The community is also surrounded by Ontario's highest mountains and plush greenery with vast open space to run, play, ski and enjoy.

Ski Season (Dec 01-Apr 30)= $7,500 plus utilities
Christmas/New Years (2 weeks) = $3,000
All other times = $1,200 per week
One week minimum (no daily rentals)
Security deposit = $1,500 (held for 30 days following departure)
