Welcome to the Big House in Fredericksburg Texas. The Big House is a Texas Hill County vacation rental that can be rented by the day or the week. With over 3000 square foot of space to move about you can be assured that your family or group will feel “at home” comfortable for their entire stay. Three Hill Country western themed bedrooms and two and a half baths provide plenty of accommodation space. The Big House gathering room comes complete with three sleeper sofas, 12 seat western dining table and a massive stone fireplace.
The Big House also comes complete with a full size fully equipped kitchen for preparing snacks, drinks or a full lunch. Of course your breakfast is already taken care of as a complimentary continental breakfast is included in your overnight room rate. A full size grill is located on the property should you care to flip some burgers or locally made sausage. And for those who don’t cook on vacation, let alone at home, you are only a very short walk away from the regionally famous Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant.
Relax during your stay while reading a great book in one of two porch swings on the huge wrap around porch. Perhaps a game of horse shoes or foos-ball is just what you need to unwind, we have the set up for both. A large outdoor fire pit is perfect for gathering (we provide the smores fixins).
