Watch the pelicans fish from the Carolina Room of this inviting vacation spot. Just steps from the beach (the closest 2-bedroom unit to Port Royal Sound!) we feature two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, as well as a twin-sized sofa bed. All linens are furnished, down to the beach towels! Each bedroom has its own bath and can have a separate outside entrance, great for those young adults you may have traveling with you. We offer a 42-inch plasma screen television on which to enjoy cable TV, and a DVD player for your favorite DVDs. We also have internet connection. The unit is stocked with beach toys, an assortment of indoor toys and games, and a small library for your enjoyment. In addition to the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound, two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, we have three great tennis courts, a basketball court, and a wonderful observation pier. Golfers are minutes away from some of the best golfing in the nation.

Hi, we're Cay and Harry Weaver. Cay is from nearby Savannah ( which she highly recommends you visit) and Harry is a Floridian always living near a beach. We both loved life on Hilton Head ( although we're now Alabama residents living on beautiful Lake Martin) We love for other people to come experience the beaches, golfing and tennis for which Hilton Head is famous.
Why the Owner Chose Spa on Port Royal Sound
We bought this unit when working part time in Hilton Head. We bought here because it is the most beautiful place on Hilton Head that was still somewhat affordable. It has the look and feel of real South Carolina Low Country but with the added benefits of the beauty of Port Royal Sound and yet only minutes to the beaches of the Atlantic and all the tourist attractions Hilton Head has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are not many condo's directly on the Atlantic on Hilton Head ( especially affordable ones) so you almost always have to stay a short drive to the beaches. We love our place because if you can decide to spend a day on the Beach with all the allur of the waves, people watching, etc or you can spend the day on the beach right outside your door which is more peacefull, great for children, and we think even more beautiful and exciting than the Atlantic. Much better than just back to a golf course view or no view at all.

Comfortable and close to the Water!

We stayed in this villa for the month of March. The unit had relaxing furniture and a very comfortable master bed. We particulary enjoyed the lanai with the windows that could be open to hear the sound of the lagoon fountains or closed to create a bright cocoon on cooler days. This unit had practically everything that we could need. We loved the proximity to the water (and the birds!) and enjoyed many walks on the beach and in the surrounding area. Hilton Head is also a wonderful place for cycling - one can go for miles without encountering any hills of any difficulty. There is lots to see and do - Savannah is a wonderful historic and architectural city. Recommended for a relaxing holiday! We have already booked our return visit for next year.

This was the first time my husband and I had visited Hilton Head in the spring. We are “birders” and wanted to stay at a condo close to good birding, and this was the spot. Every day we were delighted by the variety of birds found on and around this beach. The unit extends through the building and is tree-shaded at both ends, cool and quiet at this time of year (early May). We had everything we needed in this unit including comfortable furniture (the bed and the large chair in the living area were particularly nice), internet access and a large plasma TV where we reviewed our bird photos every evening. Well worth another visit.
