Nestled among live oaks, magnolias, and bay trees, "Three Mermaids" is a romantic guest cottage located in a quiet neighborhood next to Grove By the Sea, on Scenic 30-A, in the coastal community of Seagrove Beach.

This fully-equipped cottage, just steps away from the emerald waters and pristine beaches, is the perfect couples get-away. Awaken to your secret courtyard garden from your queen-size, four-poster bed or open the French doors and enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck. The upstairs of this intimate guest cottage affords you a view of the Gulf and a charming living area to relax as you plan your day's activities.

Bikes are provided so you can explore the nature trails, state parks, bike paths, coastal dune lakes, and other areas of interest along Scenic 30-A. Walk to nearby shops and dining at Seaside and Watercolor. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, and kayaking, or just kick back and drink in the sunset.

This tastefully furnished guest cottage comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and two person soaking tub. Thick towels and crisp 600 thread count sheets provide luxurious comfort to enhance your beach getaway. Easy beach access is directly across the street. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are included in your rental. A shared pool is available from May 15-September 15. Awaiting your arrival is a complimentary basket with wine, cheese and other assorted goodies to welcome you to this enchanting guest cottage.

  • Perfection and Location come to mind when talking about 3 M's We have stayed at many B&B's, and 3M's rates right up at the top. The rooms are beautifully done and your every need is provided for. The basket of cheese crackers and Mimosas is a great start after your trip. A short walk to a gorgeous beach and Charlie and Kendra provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Charlie's restaurant reviews were spot on, and he is a wealth of info on the area. We will be back this fall for another great stay!

  • Our stay at the Three Mermaids was superb and far exceeded our expectations. Charlie and Kendra have perfected the "little things" that make a vacation special, from plush towels and fragrant soaps to bathrobes and a lovely welcome basket of goodies (which really hits the spot after a long drive). Everything about this crisp, clean cottage was well planned, most notably its design and separate entrance. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrella were a welcome bonus we utilized every day. The location of the cottage was perfect. We could walk to the beach in as little as three minutes, or to a number of nearby restaurants and shops. Seaside was a quick bike ride away or a leisurely walk along the shore. We loved the "rules" of the house, which we obeyed faithfully, and appreciated all the recommendations and suggestions. Overall our visit was relaxing, peaceful and just what we were looking for. We would recommend the Three Mermaids to anyone, and we'll definitely be back.

  • You are a guest here, not a renter! Wine, Cheese and crackers await you as well as Breakfast muffins and coffee/tea set ups. This place is JUST Right! Close to the beach, 30-A Bike trail right out the door, 2 state parks, eateries in both directions with all price ranges. There are also seafood markets and a grocery store (Publix) close by. Gourmet Grocery/Market in Seaside for anything "special" you might desire.

  • We truly enjoyed staying at Three Mermaids! The wine and cheese was a perfect way to begin our long weekend while enjoying the ocean view from the balcony! Charlie and Kendra have a wonderful, quality-built cottage and have thought of every detail: guest bathrobes, breakfast muffins, chairs and an umbrella for the beach, a grill and recommendations for dining and activities in their beautiful beach community. Practically impossible for us to pack up and leave... and already counting the days until we go back!

  • PERFECT!!! No other word comes even close to describing "3 Mermaids" and the attention given to our stay there. We were blessed with perfect weather which I know Charlie won't be able to take credit for!! But everything from opening the front door upon our arrival to locking the door when we had to depart was comfortable, clean and a total pleasure to be a guest at "3 Mermaids"-- we look forward to another visit and HIGHLY recommend this PERFECT cottage to all our friends.   • We stayed at the 3 Mermaids for our fourth anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better place. Cozy, private, beautiful, practically on the beach, and so many little extras...I won't bore you by commenting on them all. I've never stayed in a place that was privately owned like this, and I was afraid the pictures and the comments would tell a lie. The pictures don't do the place justice, and everything the owners say is true. Speaking of the owners, they're super nice and they have great taste in restaurants. We followed their recommendation for our anniversary dinner. Delicious!

  • We have stayed at many B&B's, and none have been more wonderful than 3 Mermaids. The rooms were beautifully done. Our every need was provided for. The lovely basket of goodies in the fridge was a lovely touch. Not only is the 3 Mermaids the perfect place to stay, it is a short walk to a gorgeous beach.
