Enjoy the tranquility of this home which is located on a quiet dead end street in one of the most beautiful areas of New Paltz. View Bonticeau Craig from the deck, play with your children in the backyard, visit the pond around the corner. You and your family or friends will truly enjoy this lovely, spacious and peaceful environment.
Mohonk Preserve is minutes away (accessible by foot or bicycle) and offers miles of carriage roads for mountain biking, countless hiking trails,and several swimming holes such as "Split Rock." Minnewaska State Park is only 5-10 minutes away where you can swim in the clear water of Lake Awosting. You can even bike ride to the “Rail Trail” which provides miles of safe and easy biking for the whole family. Take a short walk down the road and see stroll along famous Butterville Road with its scenic horse farm and breathtaking vistas of Mohonk.
The house has been newly renovated for your comfort. The living room sofas face the fireplace. Glass doors open to an outdoor deck which is furnished for your use. A dining room table opens up and seats eight people comfortably. The tiled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, has all the amenities you need to help you feel at home. There is a full bath attached to the master bedroom, another full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The basement has a washer and dryer for your convenience and plenty of extra play room for children (young and old.)
There is a Queen Size bed in the Master Bedroom with its own private full bath. There are 3 more fully furnished bedrooms upstairs --two bedrooms have Queen size beds (one is a futon) and one bedroom has a two twin beds (which can be moved together if needed). All are nicely decorated to ensure your enjoyment.
New Paltz is a wonderful town for antiquing, visiting farm stands, picking apples and berries. There is a cinema in town and plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. Come to New Paltz with your family and friends during every season for a great vacation.
