2. KING BEAUTYREST MATTRESS! We have provided a King-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress in the bedroom, just like we have in our own home. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.
3. NEWLY RENOVATED! A renovation of this unit was recently completed and included the following upgrades: new tile, paint, crown molding, lighting, dimmer switches, kitchen backsplash with lighting, living room furniture, stereo, king-sized bed, and other surprises!
4. GROUND FLOOR, END UNIT - No stairs, and no neighbors on one side.
5. WASHER/DRYER IN CLOSET - You will have access to the owner's closet which contains this valuable amenity.
6. ON-SITE OFFICE - If you have a problem, you can deal with the manager in the on-site office, not an owner who you can't find in some other part of the country! We always book our guests through the on-site management company (unlike many VRBO owners, who don't offer this important benefit).
