Beautiful St Augustine 2/2 condo 600 ft walking distance to the ocean. Ocean view from the second floor bedroom and terrace. Includes a full size one car garage which is a rare find. Complex has very nice landscaping and includes a swimming pool. Unit is two stories with the 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Second bedroom has a view of the ocean
Unit is fully furnished and turn key for rental. Just bring your tooth brush and clothes and enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer including beautiful beaches you can drive on and wonderful historic sites downtown 10 -15 minutes. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping near by the condo. Complex has on onsite resident manager. No smoking or no pets. Unit is located East of A1A.
Pool, Beach is a 5 minute walk. Washer and Dryer are inside the unit. St Augustine has many good beaches for surfing or kite boarding. You can drive and bike on the beach.
Surfing, Kite boarding, Golf, Deep Sea Fishing, Biking on the beach, Great outlet mall on I 95 and SR 16. Downtown is 15 minute drive with many historic sites to see. Marineland is 45 minute drive. Downtown Jacksonville is 45 minutes away. Ponte Vedra is 45 minutes away. Orlando theme parks are a 2 hour drive. Daytona Beach is 45 minute drive.
