  this is a great house, beautiful views lots of room quiet and private. 8 of us stayed here for our golf outing plenty of room, we've been doing this trip for 5 years now this is the first house everybody was happy with all 8 want to go back to this house again

  Although Cor was out of town he arranged everything thoroughly and perfectly. Went off without a hitch thankfully, since that is always what you worry about prior to your initial arrival at a rental. We had three couples from Oklahoma meet up for a great time in this wonderful house. The weather was not so wonderful! The covered back porch allowed us to grill out even in a stout rain. The pool table was a lot of fun and kept us busy. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for some nice breakfasts and dinners. The lake view is great although we did not get full advantage of that once again due to the winds, rain and even heavy fog. We have stayed in the HS area for the races for several years and look forward to our next trip over. Hopefully this house is available once again.

  Cor is a top notch owner. He has great properties, keeps them in good shape, and takes wonderful care of his renters. He has made numerous accomodations for our family over the years (including my disabled grandmother). This house is beautiful, and has been fully renovated. It's very nice when gathering with family to have two living areas. Also - the porch areas were a favorite spot to gather in the late afternoons and early evenings. If you are considering a trip to HSV, I wouldn't go with anyone else. He has two other properties, and we've stayed in them all. Excellent all the way around!

  Our family gathered here from Oklahoma, Louisiana and North Carolina. We had such a wonderful time at the Lake House. We had six adults and three little boys ranging in age from 3 to 8. It was the perfect place for us all. The lake was beautiful, especially at sunset. It was not busy with lots of boaters. This made it so enjoyable to take the boat out for swimming. It was awesome having our own private spaces to retreat to when we needed to. There was also lots of room for us all to gather together for game night and our dance party!! Everything was clean and well equipped. Cor stopped by to check on us and was such a nice man. He brought swimming rings and rafts back for the kids. We made lots of memories and had a great time.

  Stayed at this location for 5 nights. Real clean, supplied well, comfortable, and as advertised. Four golfing guys who like to take it easy found the house really nice. Nice decks with good view; boat docks; and gas grill for cooking those big steaks. Would return but would hope it will not rain as much. House fixed up with ramps to aid those in need of easier access. Everything worked(heat, ac, stoves, tvs, etc.) which is not always the case in some rentals. Recommend property for golfers, boaters, fishers and family outings.

  We stayed at this property during December, 2012. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the Xmas tree. My mother was not ready to leave. Thanks for allowing my family to celebrate Xmas in a different way.

  Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) had a perfect week of fun and excitement at this vacation home on Lake DeSoto. We swam in the lake every day and enjoyed the sunset and waterfall each evening. The house was very comfortable for the 12 of us, and it was clean and well appointed. The landscaping and beautiful flowers were enjoyed by all. Our grandsons loved to fish and caught many each day. They were not big, but they were fun to catch and release anyway. We will plan on returning in days to come for another great vacation as a family. Thank you Cor for making this property available to us.

  Loved every minute we stayed here, even with the HOT temperatures. There were 9 of us, our grown children and our 2 young grandsons. Perfect for a family vacation gathering. Everyone had there own space at night after watching the beautiful sunset. In the mornings we could all gather for our morning coffee on one of the decks, listen to the waterfall and watch the humming birds. Then off to the lake for boating and tubing. Cor was very helpful giving us information about the golfing (beautiful courses), tennis and all the other activities for guests. Thank you Cor for sharing this beautiful home for others to enjoy. We will be back!

  Our family so enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. We have never stayed a a rental that was so completely stocked and furnished so beautifully. It was more than a rental. It was sharing your good fortune and hard work with others. Your pride in every detail was evident. The private dock for swimming and fishing, the boat, the pool table, large TV, the 4 bedrooms with private access to the deck,and the 4 bathroom are all part of the plan for a GREAT FAMILY VACATION. I almost forgot to mention the seclusion. You don't have the crowds like you do on public lakes! IT WAS PERFECT!

  We stayed at this property with three other couples and had a grand time. The house is well stocked with everything we need and then some. It is a very clean house and recently updated. There is adequate room for parking of four cars off the street. We spent some time just sitting on the deck visitng, watching football, and playing pool. Cor was kind enough to come over to the house upon arrival and explain workings of the house as well as some of the activities within Hot Springs Village. He is a caring owner.
