My son recently got married in Nashville. I found this rental property on VRBO and booked it right away based on the past reviews and beautiful photographs of the property. The owner was EXCELLENT~~~~ Great communication throughout the rental process and our stay there. The house has amazing views of what we called the "emerald city" . . .downtown Nashville from the comfortable screened in porch. We had the BEST time in this house! It was so nice to be all together while we awaited the wedding ceremony on Saturday~ The house is decorated beautifully and has everhthing you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is planning a reunion with family or who plan to visit Nashville for sightseeing etc. We thank you Stephanie for making our stay in Nashville a memory we will NEVER forget!!!

Our fourth and last child to wed had his wedding in Nashville. We are all from Canada and N.Ireland, so all our other children and spouses, plus grandkids stayed here for the week. It was a great central location to go to downtown Nashville for the ceremony and then the reception out in the country in Franklin. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other as we rented the basement also and the outdoor patios gave even more space. The roadways gave easy access to venues, and grocery store was close by. Stephanie made this house with all it's little extras a home away from home for us. It was clean and decorated with the flavour of Nashville.Tall ceilings on the main floor helped it also feel spacious.

OMG! This was the best "Girls Week" ever imaginable. The hostess was the best. She met us and went through the home room by room. Told us about everything in the home and all her expectations prior to our check out which made everyone be on the same page. The home itself made us feel like we were the HOUSEWIVES OF NASHVILLE! The pictures on the site were great, but the actually home itself was GREATER. If you are looking for a clean/safe place, a great owner, a home large enough so that everyone has their own space and close to many restaurants, stores and attactions...... this is your place, look no further. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were excited and also a little frighten to book a rental on-line. But this home exceeded all of our expectations. Since I'm a neat freak I expected to find a little something that was not up to my standards. Boy was I wrong everything was clean and perfect!! Stephanie takes pride in this home and shows. We loved all the autograph pictures of the famous country artist and her fabulous decorating! Each bed was so comfortable and the sheets and towels were like new! We really enjoyed the screened in porch it had the prettiest sunset views and great views of downtown. There is even a large lower deck with dining for six and a new gas grill. The location was perfect, we could go to the best restaurants or to the grocery store in a couple of minutes. We were delighted to see that we were not stuck out in the "country" some where. Downtown Nashville was very close too. If you want your friends and family to be impressed then book this home it can't be beat! I know your family will be so glad you did.

We spent the weekend in this house for my son's wedding! It was wonderful to have a space for everyone! The family greatly enjoyed the beautiful house, the lovely screened in porch and spacious areas! It's great to be close to downtown and the airport! My parents loved having all their kids in one place and many of the grandchildren there as well! They got to meet their brand new granddaughter for the first time - Kristi had arrived in the US from China just 6 weeks earlier! So - to celebrate one grandchild's wedding and anothers arrival was doubly delightful! We made several meals in the spacious kitchen and played games and caught up on each others busy lives! Thanks for a great weekend! Memories were made!

Had a family reunion in the area and this was the perfect location for us. Convenient to the reunion and the city events & attractions! The home was perfect for our crowd, all adults and we still had plenty of space! Even if you think you don't need it, rent the basement! For the great price, the additional space is great for the group! The home is very well equipped, especially the kitchen(s). The "extras" are so helpful, plenty of the necessities - tp, papertowels, tissues, etc.! That is not the case everywhere you go! There was even coffee there for the first morning - no need for the rushed trip to the grocery upon arrival! Home owner was very responsive and courteous! Could not have asked for more. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Our extended family has been meeting for annual vacations & renting homes for the last 15+ years. This home by far was one of the nicest we have stayed in and the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. It was convenient to everything that we wanted to visit in Nashville. We loved the show "Always ...Patsy Cline" at the Ryman Auditorium and attended the Grand Ole Opry. The Gaylord Opryland Hotel was a must to see and tour and we enjoyed the shops on Broadway. We visited Andrew Jackson's home, Hermitage & the Belle Meade plantation. We toured the Country Music Hall of Fame. We also went ziplining at Adventureworks. I would do that again. We enjoyed dinner at the Mikado Japnese Steakhouse, where the owner seated us in a private room (12 in our party) and the food was delicious. We shopped at the outlet stores in Lebanon & also the converted warehouse of shops in Franklin & downtown Franklin. We attended the flea market in Nashville also. We by all means did not get to experience everything that Nashville has to offer in our week's stay, but our vacation was full of interesting stuff to do. We had rented the full house here in Nashville including the downstairs & it nicely accommodated all of us. The owner was wonderful & the house was just beautiful, clean & well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a Family Reunion at this beautiful home in Nashville! There was 14 of us(ranging in age from 2-80) we had such a GREAT time! This home held all of us very comfortably! We cooked every night, and made good use of the large kitchen and also used the grill a couple nights on the back patio! It was nice to be so close to all the attractions too! We highly recommend the Nashville Zoo, Nashville Shores(Water Park), Backstage Tour of the Grand Ol Oprey...One afternoon we toured the Country Music Hall of Fame ( definitely a must-do), then we ate at Demos Steak and Spaghetti -VERY delicious and the price is right.!.. and we topped the night off with a Bluegrass Concert at the Rymann Auditorium! We saw Dailey & Vincent!! If you ever get the chance to see these guys perform-do it! They are AMAZING! Nashville is a FUN city ! We will be back!

I rented this home for a girl's weekend. We had 14 girls and this house was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted a place everyone could stay together instead of getting a bunch of separate hotel rooms. It has a great open kitchen floorplan and plenty of space for everyone. The screened in patio was so nice and we really enjoyed the view of the Nashville skyline! Each room in the home is very well decorated and has very nice bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay!!

We rented this house for three nights for a bachelorette/birthday party. The house was beautiful inside and outside. It was great having a whole house where we could be together if we chose, or go to our rooms and relax. The view of downtown Nashville was spectacular and it was a very easy commute to and from the center of the city. We didn't get to do all that we wanted, so I guess we will just have to come back again. Thanks, Stephanie, for the use of your home and all the little details that made it beautiful and relaxing.

Our high school baseball team stayed in this house for a week for our spring training trip and it was perfect for us! Located in Brentwood, the location was just what we wanted and the house was great. The boys considered it a mansion. It comfortably slept our 14 players and 2 coaches. We hope to stay there again in two years when we return south. Thanks, Stephanie!

This beautiful home high on a hilltop was absolutely perfect for our trip to Nashville for our son's wedding and a family reunion! It was truly a home away from home for all of us! We had all ages staying in this beautifully appointed home - from toddlers to teens to sixty-somethings and we were all so comfortable! There was even a pak'n'play available in the master bedroom and a walk-in closet that was big enough to use for a sleeping room for a little one. There was plenty of room for family gatherings, yet adequate privacy for those who needed a little quiet time. The men in our group especially enjoyed hanging out on the deck overlooking downtown or watching football downstairs. We had easy access to all the places we visited, including downtown, Belle Meade, Cheekwood Gardens, Franklin and the Hermitage. The airport was close, which was wonderful because we had so many family members flying in and out of Nashville. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious, bright kitchen and enjoyed plenty of family time together. The owner was wonderful to work with; she was prompt and gracious and she warmed our hearts with all of the fall decorations she had placed throughout the house. There is no comparison between staying in this lovely home versus using hotel rooms! We would recommend this home to any group or large family needing a place to stay in Nashville!

The photos and detail about this house didn't do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The owner was very gracious to us and we were able to rent the entire house which provided us with ample room for the 5 adults and 5 children we needed to accomodate. Reba's room was especially beautiful and comfortable. The screened in deck upstairs was a wonderful place to enjoy a good book and a beautiful afternoon. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a larger place. If you stay there you have to try Martin's BBQ Joint on Nolensville Road - FANTASTIC!

The location is perfect, close to downtown and attractions and less than two miles for groceries, gas and good restaurants. We rented this home for a family reunion! The accomodations were perfect for everyone. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. It was great having all of us together in one place. We would recommend this property to any large family wanting to enjoy time together in Nashville. Our family enjoyed ziplining at Adventureworks Park about 40 minutes from this property. We found that getting to downtown actually took us about 20 minutes, not sure if it was the direction we went or if we went at high traffic times, but we expected it to be about 10 minutes. If you want a great place to eat BBQ close to the house, Corky's is just minutes away!

The owner is extremely nice and flexible with all of our questions and needs. We used the entire house and was so satisfied, that I'd recommend it to anyone. The area that the home is located in, is very close to downtown and there are many stores and restaurant's around to meet all our wants. If you want a home away from home......rent this one!

Thank you, Stephanie, for the opportunity to experience Nashville in the comfort and beauty of your home on the hill overlooking that most friendly city. The view from the porch is breathtaking both in the morning watching the sunrise and in the evening watching it set. The safety and neighborly feeling of the surrounding area is so apparent as children play and people wave "hello". The accomodations within your home are just perfect with spacious bedrooms and areas to just sit and relax. There were three (and a half) couples enjoying the pleasantries this home offers without any sense of invading someone else's space. Your added seasonal touches decorating the kitchen and front yard made these northern travelers feel right at home and welcome. Thank you again for your gracious hospitality, your quick response in returning our deposit and especially your professional attitude.
