There is river rafting on the Nantahala or the Ocoee River.
John C. Campbell Folk School is also nearby. You can take a class, walk the nature trails or attend a dance. In downtown Murphy there are many shops and restaurants. There is also a local movie theatre for a night out on the town.
Don't forget to bring the JEEP or FOUR WHEELERS to go rock crawling in Tellico. You can also bring the HARLEY to ride all the scenic highways and take on the challenge of "The Dragon" with over 118 curves.
