Located at the corner of Katella Avenue and State College Blvd, Disneyland, the Amtrak/Metrolink station, Anaheim Stadium, the Honda Center and the Convention Center are just a short shuttle ride away. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are easily accessible by foot or car. With easy access to the freeways, the beaches, the mountains, airports and downtown Los Angeles/Hollywood are convenient to get to.

The condo is elegantly furnished and is on the top floor. Each bedroom features a high quality king sized mattress and well appointed wall coverings and furniture. The living room features a sparkling Samsung 52" 1080p LCD HDTV, DirecTV and XM satellite to make sports and movies come alive. The contemporary leather couch and chair allow your tired feet get a rest. A beautiful dining table with seating for 6 makes dinner elegant yet comfortable. A stainless steel finished kitchen complete with cookware, dishes and even napkins makes cooking a breeze. In the event you don't feel like cooking, convenient eateries are located within the building and across the street. The area is lined with dozens of great restaurants. A washer and dryer add further convenience to your stay.

  • The place was great! Ellen was very helpful before and once we arrived and gave us the ins and outs of the place. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms. The washer and dryer were helpful as we furthered our vacation to Mexico. Close to Disney and good shopping. Thanks Ellen.

  • From very first contact right through the stay and checkout, this was superb - friendly, fast and efficient. The condo was great, the best we have stayed in anywhere. Even in this two weeks vacation in California, this condo left the other two we've used looking very drab. Clean, extremely well supplied, MUCH bigger than we expected, with great beds and linens. We would recommend it to anyone.

  • The condo was a real treat. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool as it was out of service for cleaning the entire week. Ellen was most helpful, and the condo was spotless. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, and the washer-dryer is a real plus. I would highly recommend this condo!

  • Our family of four recently stayed in this condo for 9 nights. Our experience was nothing but positive, from the moment we arrived. Ellen Wong was there to meet us and take us into the condo. Thank you Ellen for making us feel welcome and showing us around the condo! The location is excellent. Great for closeness to Disneyland, Angels Stadium, and great shopping a few blocks away at the "Block at Orange" center. The pool at the complex was spotless, and there was hardly anyone else there when we were! It was like having the whole pool to ourselves. We have a two children, 4 & 8 years old. I loved having the washing machine and dryer to keep up with the laundry, with soap provided! We will refer all our friends to this rental condo for thier visits to the area, and we hope to get back as well.

  • Our family (my husband and I with our four children ages9, 6,5 and 1) enjoyed a week in this condo. Ellen was so sweet to even have a step stool in the bathroom for the kids and an extra baby blue "blankie" for my son who turned one over the trip. We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying close to Disney but not at Disney as we were also visiting other places. The condo was well furnished with all the necessities to keep up with landry with four kids is an added bonus! I would definately recommend this condo to family and friends and stay here again if we revisit Anaheim. The deposit was also promptly refunded. Thank you!

  • My family and I stayed at this fabulous condo for 9 fun filled days! It was the perfect proximity to Disneyland and I-5. We really appreciated that we could go East on Katella and find a good selection of eateries outside of the Disneyland area as well. The owner was so wonderful to work with and the condo was absolutley beautiful. Well stocked but no nicky-nacky stuff you find in other vacation rentals (just more for my 2 year old to destroy). The price was exception for the quality of the unit. WE are already discussing our next trip and will surely stay here again!

  • We had a pleasant experience from the moment we reserved the condo, esp. with the hospitality of Ellen Wong. She was not only very thorough, professional but also very friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away even this was the 1st time I rent through VRBO. The condo has everything mentioned on the website but I was caught by surprise when I saw laundry/dishwashing detergent as well as shampoo/shower gel in big containers (from Costco) more than enough for our stay. My family was happy staying there. I have ony 2 suggestions: the carpet in the LVRm can use some shampooing; the curtain in the master bdrm could be thicker or with a liner to block the sunlight in the early morning. My husband & I could not sleep pass 6:30 AM when the sun shines in. But we appreciated Ms. Wong's effciency.

I'm glad you appreciated our plenteous provision of shampoo and shower gel; with all these airline regulations now in place, we know visitors cannot easily bring their own. And yes, although the carpet in our condo is only one year old, it has been baptized a few times by former visitors. Since your stay, I have done extensive spot cleaning, and it looks much better. I apologize I didn't have time to complete this task prior to your visit. As for the curtains, I have ordered new ones with sun-blocking liners. Future visitors will benefit from your observation. Thank you!

  • Our family (my husband, our two girls 16 and 21, and myself) stayed at this condo from July 28, 2008 until August 9, 2008. The condo unit was wonderful; it had everything that we needed and was very clean. The condo owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo is located close to Disneyland and had a particle view of the Disney fireworks from the balcony, which displayed every night at about 9:30 PM. The condo was central located with easy access to the highways which made exploring the area very easy. The kitchen was wonderful for making breakfast before heading out for the day and had everything that we could have ever needed. The large size washer and dryer came in very helpful for cleaning up after beach hopping. We came back to the condo and just throw all of the beach towels and swim suites right into the washer/dryer and they were ready for the next day. The pool was great, most of the time we had the whole area to ourselves, and when it wasn’t just us it was just a hand full of people, much better than an over crowded hotel pool. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the Anaheim area and would recommend this unit to a friend.
