Enjoy lifestyles of the Rich & Famous at this BRAND NEW Private Bali style estate on 5 gated acres with separate guest cottage. Private tennis court with chickee. Suitable for large groups , weddings( up to 25 people) or small private romantic retreats, all who come will leave wanting to come back. Relax on the many balconies of this 3-level estate with direct bayfront views, private boat marina, dock for fishing, or just swim, snorkel or dive steps in front of this magnificent home. Enjoy the 20x40 private heated pool and spa, or just take a leisurely walk on the grounds with palm trees and flowers surrounding you. The main house has two guest bedrooms, one with queen size bed the other with twin size with trundle. The spacious master suite has a king size bed and a sitting area with a large sectional couch for viewing the intercoastal waterway, sunsets and more. There are two guest bedrooms and a large master suite in the main house. The guest cottage has one queen bedroom and a separate living room with sofa bed in the cottage. Main house and cottage have travertine and wood floors throughout, tropical furnishings, Cable TV with flat screens, wireless internet, huge state-of-the-art kitchen. The Master bedroom level with its own spa tub and huge separate shower with body sprays. Your own bayfront sitting area, king size bali-style bed. The sunsets go on forever! There is a home within the gated area that is under construction during normal business hours. There is an additional $375.00 cleaning fee and 11.5% tax. We accept credit cards. There is a $2,500.00 fully refundable damage deposit due at time of rental confirmation. It will be refunded within 14 days after the rental if there are no damages.
