A large unit with a front porch and a rear lanai. You get a small glimpse of the gulf form the lanai and the intercoastal from the porch. The property is located on the southern end of the island in an area of mostly single family homes. The winter resident are vey friendly. The beach is about a three minute walk, and is mostly for the residence in the area, as there is no off street parking. There is a hot tub for use in the winter. Venice, Sarasota, and port charlotte are all near by. There are bikes and gulf clubs for tenant use. I also have limited fishing gear. The linens are supplied as well as dishes and pots and pans. Most people return yearly so you get to know people.
