This is our fourth year staying at the Tahquitz River Estates. We love it each time we stay. The house is just as you see in the pictures...Beautiful. It is close to town and within walking distance to restaurants. The property is always clean and well taken care of. I have recommend the house to friends and family. The owner is always helpful.

Our extended family of 6 spent a week in the house. We had a great time. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. The house is located in a established neighourhood that we feel very safe. The back yard is well maintained, private, and very pleasant. Kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool while adults enjoy the sun and the wonderful mountain view. The house lives up to our expectations and the description of the web site is very accurate. Palm Springs has a lot to offer to families: we hiked the Palm Canyon, spent a day in Soak City Water Park, took the Tram ride, visited the air musuem and the art musuem. All within easy drive. Jerry is easy to reach and work with. I highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 4 guys from the UK looking for the perfect base for some golf in Palm Springs. We chose this property so that we all had a bedroom and bathroom each and drew lots for the rooms. I have to say that none of the rooms were dissapointing although the Master bedroom was far bigger than the others and I wasn't lucky enough to get it. This property was the perfect base for all our needs and was ideal for good quality restaurants in the evening (all within a $10 cab ride) which included La Vallauris Spencers Copleys Johannes and Falls Steak House. The golf was a little further mainly in La Quinta which was about 30 minutes away but a pleasant drive and not to much traffic. This property again scored well over the properties in La Quinta as it represented great value for money for the size, you would pay a lot more for a similar property in La Quinta. The property was very clean, it was not overlooked and outside provided the perfect place to sit in the afternoon with a bottle of wine. I have to admit that we never met Jerry but he proved to be very easy to deal with and everything was as it should have been when we arrived and our deposit was returned very quickly afterwards without any reminder. It is so easy these days to be ripped off and when you are booking something like this you don't know what your going to get but I have to say that this property can be booked with confidence and you'll have a great time.

This is the second year our group of friends (4 couples) stayed in this home for our annual golf vacation and we love it so much we'll probably come back again next year. The house is very beautiful and very comfortable and well taken of and the backyard is a great place to hang out around the pool. We all commented how comfortable the beds are and how nice that we all had our bathrooms. We love the mountain view and how close we were to downtown and all the restaurants. Since we were there to golf, we had many fantastic golf courses to chose from. We would definitely recommend this house. Jerry is very easy to work with.

This was our annual get together in a warm part of the country but our first experience in renting a home in the Palm Springs area. Everyone was delighted with accomodations, and the house exceeded our expectations. With eight seniors, It was particularly convenient to have four and a half baths. The " snow birds" loved the pool area with its numerous chaise lounges and two large tables for outdoor dining. Even the grass was used for sunbathing. I loved the Jacuzzi tub with its regular jets as well as a couple of pulsating ones. Everything is as represented in the pictures and information on the website. Jerry, the owner, was most cooperative, and we received a quick return on our deposit. We would definitely return to this property. Pick up a copy of "Desert Entertainer" at the local grocery store; it is a great weekly guide to many of the activities in the area.

We're 2 couples with 2 young adults (20years) from the Netherlands and stayed 2 weeks in this awesome place. The house was even better then the pictures suggest. It immediately felt like home with a spacious but cosy interior and with super beds to sleep after long days of sightseeing. The garden with the divine pool and hot tub were the best on the hot days we had. It's quiet outside so you can relax and have a nice barbecue. We wished we had the chairs in the garden also in our own garden in the Netherlands, what a great way to enjoy the sun. It's also very nice that we all had our own bed- and bathroom, so we could have some privacy if we wanted to. The master bed- and bathroom were so big you could play hide and seek. Jerry the owner is a delight to " work" with. He even brings a personal touch in the contact he has with you, which gave us a warm welcome feeling. We spend lots of time in the outlets at Cabazon and also liked the street fair you have each thursday evening in Palm Springs. We also visited Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The only thing that was disappointing was the Aerial Tramway because it was closed for maintenance. So we have something to come back for. We would highly recommend this house to our family and friends and if we return to this aria we would stay here again. So thanks for the perfect stay in your perfect place. The van Beemdelust family from the Netherlands

This is our 2nd visit to this home and we weren't disappointed. The home is well maintained and large enough for our family of 7 including grandma with private bathrooms for everyone. The bedrooms are well spaced out from each other, so noise from kids playing games or active snorers didn't affect anyone else.. With 4 kids (teens and pre-teens), we spent most of the day at the pool and lounging around and preparing meals in the large kitchen for enjoyment both indoors and around the pool. Property is well maintained and pool service is 2x a week. Everything is very close, including Downtown Palm Springs, shopping and casino (grandma likes the slots...what can i say?) thank you Jerry for making the rental process so easy and convenient. We'll always keep this home in our favorite list for future visits. Peter & Jamie T

This property in a quiet residential area met our expectations and received rave reviews from family and friends who stayed with us on the occasion of our daughter's wedding. The spacious, well designed, modern interior was immaculate and provided all the necessities and comforts of home. The pool was regularly cleaned and the grounds were well groomed. The owner was most helpful and a comprehensive manual of information was provided on site. We would highly recommend this property to others and certainly would stay there again.

This was the perfect house for my sibling reunion, we had three couples in total. It was wonderful to have the spacious kitchen,a chef's delight. We visit Palm Springs as our annual get together and this was by far the nicest place to lay our heads.Location is wonderful for several reasons being close proximity to groceries. We cooked or barbequed every evening. Our favorite place to eat for lunch was Manhattan in the Dessert, would recommend that. Many things to do, one which is golfing, many courses nearby.Although there's a formal living room, we rarely used that, as the family room ajacent to the family room was much more cozier. We were able to sit by the pool for about 3 hours each day and read/relax, the weather turned cooler after four.It was nice having the many bathrooms. We had family that visited and was able to entertain them as well with all the room.Jerry was wonderful to work with, everything displayed in a book for information. Hopefully, this will be a return visit for us. The Crosslands, Smiths, and Walters.

This was, without doubt, one of the best holidays that we, as a family, have had. None of us wanted to leave - the accommodation was spotless and of high standard. Everything needed to make a holiday memorable was provided. We stayed in to eat for most of the holiday as food was quite expensive but do recommend Jensens for high-quality upmarket food - equates to Waitrose plus for any Anglophiles reading this review. We would certainly recommend this property toanyone requiring an exceptional vacation and we do hope to revisit in the future. Thank you Jerry, just one thing, please move the television into the front area, it was quite offputting listening to the jumbo jet (oh sorry I mean air-conditioning) taking off in the middle of a programme. 5 Ladies enjoyed a wonderful week in Palm Springs April into May at Jerry's home while one turned 50. It had all the necessary emenities, Great home with modern open layout, enough bathrooms to accomdate the needs of all of us, beautiful pool and landscaping! We all had the ability to enjoy our personal space when we felt the need. Neighborhood was safe, clean, quiet, and overall was easy to locate! Close to shopping, downtown, evening events. We would return next year if that is what we chose to do. Jerry was accomodating, user friendly etc. Truly enjoyed ourselves... Felt like we received a great week of R&R.

This home is beautiful and everything is new. The home has a great kitchen with a lot of counter space and a great stove. Cooking was easy in this large space and everything at your fingertips. It was so nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms with plenty of room for everyone. We did'nt use the air conditioning because the home stays cool, but if you needed it the home has three seperate units. The pool is nice and private with great outdoor furnitue. Jerry is nice to work with and if need be very easy to get a hold of. We love Palm Springs and would rent from Jerry again!

This house is in a great location. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to a great Koffi shop, perfect for taking children on short or long bike rides and is close to the Indian Canyons, sky tram & Thursday night festivals. The house is an L shape that surrounds the pool. Every wall facing the pool has a floor to ceiling window creating great visibility and an open feeling to the outdoors. We loved having 5 bathrooms. It was really clean, organized & modern. When we visit Palm Springs again we hope this house is available. Thanks Jerry, you were great to work with!!

The time spent at this house was very relaxing and fun. We rented this property over Christmas with our other family members and it easily accomodated all of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and were nicely spaced out around the house. The kids ( and adults too!) loved the pool and beautiful private backyard. Many hours were spent there and relaxing in the hot tub as well! The kitchen was great. We only ate out once our whole time there. We even cooked a big Christmas Dinner! The house was very roomy..Lots of room for the kids to spread out! We brought XBox and Wii and set it up in one of the living rooms so the parents had the other living room to sit and talk in.Jerry was always available by phone! From the first moment of booking to questions about the house etc. While in Palm Springs we spent our time sight seeing, shopping and really JUST relaxing at the house.

This home was beautiful!! Very clean and well maintained. We needed a larger home this year because we had add'l family visiting. Easily accomodates 9 -10 people. Bedrooms and bath's were spacious and well laid out. The home had three separate A/C units which worked very well. Only the center unit (main living quarters was used during the day, then we switched the room A/C's on and shut down the center unit during the evenings. Worked very well without trying to cool an entire house. The outdoor furniture and pool were fantastic. We spent every day or night at the pool. We had 4 kids (9 - 14 yrs) and they had a blast. Jerry was great to work with on the rental. He was always available if something went wrong, but nothing did. Close to downtown Palm Springs, but then again everything is close by. Movies in Catheral City, afternoon trip to Salton Sea. Shopping in Cabazon and Desert Hills Factory Outlet Stores. Didn't eat out much, kitchen easily accomodated food prep on the spacious counters. Kitchen appliances were top notch. We can't wait to visit again!! Kids have already asked to make this home our new Palm Springs spot. Thanks again Jerry for everything!! Peter & Jamie T.
