The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, private full bath and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed. On the expanded, covered patio there is a glasstop table with seating for six, a lounge chair and gas grill.
As a guest in this age restricted community (one resident must be at least 55 years old), you will have access to all Sun City Grand activities and amenities (fees apply) including 4 golf courses and 2 recreation centers offering indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, spa, lawn bowling, pickleball, and state-of-the-art fitness centers. There are many classes available to broaden your horizans...painting, ceramics, fittness, and more! A one-time $100/person fee is required for use of club facilities (good for duration of lease). This home is located within a short drive of a wildlife zoo, hiking, Surprise stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rnagers!
