Something very important to me: a clean condo!
I now live in Gulf Shores and will be managing both of my condos and actually doing most of the cleaning myself.
NEW FLAT-SCREEN HDTV in LR and MBR. There are new chairs in the living room and a new mattress in the MBR and new bistro set on the balcony along with new quality linens, bedspreads, and towels. Also, new shag area rug in the LR.
For your convenience there are coffee filters, sugar, and cream at the "coffee bar." There is salt, pepper, and some spices. There is laundry detergent and fabric softener furnished along with Windex, dish detergent, etc. Other items are aluminum foil, plastic wrap, baggies, and more. Often, there are condiments and odds and ends in the refrigerator that you won't have to go out and get.
There's even a live plant or two you can enjoy on the balcony.
Interested in a breath-taking romantic sunset or a getaway with friends or family, Admiral's Quarters has this and more.
Frolic on the beach, sun by the outdoor pool by the palm trees, swim indoors year round in the heated pool, or just enjoy the view from the 15th floor balcony and relax in quiet solitude. Check out the great entertainment at the new Orange Beach Amphitheater at the Wharf. See many of the available activities in and around the area listed below.
Unit 1504 offers approximately 1550 sf of all-tile floors with area rugs in the bedrooms and comfortable leather furniture decorated in a West Indies theme with a soothing green in the living areas and soft cream in the bedrooms.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, smooth-top range, large pantry, and has everything you need for your convenience. There is a wet bar with ice maker in the large open living-dining-kitchen area which flows out onto a spacious balcony with table and chairs and lounge chair.
The master bedroom with king-sized bed with pillow-top comfort opens onto the balcony also. There is a large walk-in closet that has a double dresser for your clothes. The large master bath has a dressing area with double sinks then a separate room with a jetted tub and separate shower. There is a portable phone and answering machine for your convenience.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a dressing area and bathroom. There is a computer desk for your convenience. There is also a half bath off of the entryway beside the separate laundry room.
There is a reserved covered parking space near the entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: The Admiral's Quarters condos rent only Saturday to Saturday per Association rules.

Why the Owner Chose Admiral's Quarters
This is a condo we did not rent until we retired, and we now only rent it because of the market. This is a wonderful "haven" for a break from the "real" world. Admiral's Quarters is one of the more "upscale" condos in Orange Beach. You will love it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The balcony is completely private. All you can see is the gulf. Very peaceful.
There is reserved covered parking near the entrance.
AQ has fewer rental units than most condos and is, thus, less crowded and quieter.

I am a retired court reporter from Ridgeland, Mississippi, who has just moved to Gulf Shores after first retiring to Florida. We are SOO glad to get back to "The South."
Because the economy is such that we can't sell our condos, we are renting them and hope you will enjoy it as much as we always have.

This condo is great!!!! Ocean view is awsome, my husband liked the view from the back as well as the ocean. Very clean, very nice decor. Covered parking, close to the door and elevators, very easy in and out. Loved the large bathroom and changing room. Lots of space. Hope to stay again!!!! Oh and almost forgot, the best was the balcony and great lawn chairs on balcony!!!!

I can't say enough about this beautiful condo. Me and two of my best friends stayed at this unit two years ago and loved it so much , we stayed there again this past summer. It was perfect !!! The location, the beach, the decor was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing !!!!! I hope to stay there again next summer !!! The condo lives up to the vrbo description. It is one of the cleanest condos we've ever rented!! The owner does truly roll out the Southern hospitality & welcome. The Admirals Quarters complex is a quiet one, since many of the units are enjoyed by the owners & not rented. The covered parking is especially nice. This is one unit we will look forward to renting again, especially when managed by the current owner.

Online description exactly places you there.. Very peaceful, perfect views of ocean, beautiful stars and sky at night.. parasailing, sailboat views seemed within arms reach from the balcony! I would definetly recommend this property anytime, I plan to go back later on this summer. The online photo's where very accurate. Nearby activities were wonderful and so close.. You can go on a sailboat ride, rent beach rental chairs by just walking right off the pier and taking about 10 steps on the sandy beach---watch the parasailing right in front of you whether your on the beach or on the condo balcony!!!! The best resturants are 1/2 mile from you Shrimp Basket and Wolf Lodge....AND the best of all the OWNER provided little items for your use until you get settled in but of course I was glad to replace what I had used...she called upon my arrival to make sure my trip was safe and even provided her # to call for anything thing I may need or for any concerns.....That definetly made me feel very safe and not just a tourist.. On site security was a bonus I never expected, very friendly and helpful.. "Smokey" always close around. grocery stores within 1/2 mile, CVS Pharmacy, one great "$5-$10-dollar store for great gifts.....Oh it was so hard to pack up and go back home..............

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this unit. It is lovely inside and has the most amazing view from the top floor. The owner has gone the extra yard to include amenities that other units don't have. We will stay there again next year!!
