Welcome to Villa Pine! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom residence was custom built in 2000 and is situated one block from the beach in the picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your getaway vacation.It is truly your own paradise in the very peaceful and quiet back yard with a relaxing waterfall pool you will love to jump into.
This home is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area has to offer. The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many wonderful restaurants including Italian/Pizza, Chinese, Sea Ranch Diner, etc. as well as various boutique shops, is less than one half block away. The newly redesigned Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is two blocks away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many wonderful restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier. If you like to snorkel and/or scuba dive, there are the famous coral reefs located just off shore.
Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by a private foyer with a sitting area before you enter the main living area. Once inside, you will find an open floor plan offering a private bathroom, dining table with chairs, an open living room offering luxurious furnishings with three couches (one being a sleeper) and a 36" flatscreen television entertainment area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and stools. There is a walk-in laundry room off of the kitchen. There is also a ground floor bedroom equipped with a full size bed, ceiling fan and lamp. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen. There are two sets of french doors in the living room which lead to the covered patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall. The rear patio offers many lounge chairs, an outside table for dining and a stainless steel BBQ.
Off the foyer on the second floor, you will find the master suite which offers a king size bed, a plasma television and entertainment area, an extremely large walk-in closet and a private covered balcony which overlooks the rear yard and pool. The very private master bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi spa tub, a separate glass shower and separate vanity sinks. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a television. Bedroom three offers a queen size bed, two night stands and a television. There is a second full size bathroom on this floor as well with a shower and bath.
All luxury appointments are available throughout the home; HD TV, WI-FI, Wine Cooler, quality linens, bath sets and beach towels.
This home is ideal for individuals and large families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale by the Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
